Elegant, white and gold, cake! Beautiful.

This cake was even more beautiful standing next to it. The cake was all set up before I went in for room reveal. I loved doing the cake tasting and choosing the flavors for each tier. Thank you, Cakes by Gina, for great communication!

Not sure how it happened, but in all the wedding chaos I realized one month out that we didn't have a cake. You can imagine how freaked out I was. I called Gina and she was kind enough to squeeze us in in such short notice. Our entire experience with her has been nothing short of incredible. During our cake tasting, everything was exquisite and absolutely delicious. They have so many options and combinations that you can have so there's something for everyone. on top of all of that, there was not a single slice of cake that I did not love, which made choosing our wedding cake so hard. After discussing the design we wanted for a wedding, we put our faith in Gina, which I am so glad we did. The cake came out exactly as we had envisioned, and not just that but I had so many guest raved about how delicious it was. I am so glad we went with Gina and if you are looking for the perfect cake for your occasion I can't recommend her enough.

I supplied them with the flowers and they placed it on each layer just how I wanted it to be!

I got my wedding cake done from Gina's and honestly I'm so happy. My cake is the main thing I cared about and not only was it the most delicious cake ever, it was absolutely beautiful. Going to a cake testing at Gina's is a dream. They treat you like royalty. You go in, and check off the flavors you want to try, and they bring you huge slices of each flavor. They bring creams and fillings as well so you can get the whole experience. I have never tasted such delicious cake in my life. Their chocolate turtle is the best flavor ever!!!! Now I know where I would get cakes made for special occasions- it's well worth the price, service is great, and you will be soooo satisfied! The process of ordering was a breeze, and their customer service is impeccable

Gina and her team nailed it! We ordered the cake being long distance planning my friend's 40th bday and it was perfect just like the picture. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by Gina, and seated by a gentleman working there to be seated. While waiting he offered us drinks/coffee. I noticed couples there doing cake testing and asked if there was a way to taste while we wait. The young man was so friendly and attended to our ask. Not only the cake was beautiful but tasted good, very pleased. It was a surprise cake for our dinner and she loved it. If I lived in the area Gina would be my go to.

Hi, if you are looking for creativity beyond your imagination and the favors to match "Cakes by Gina" is the place to go. I worked with ISIS sales rep and expressed the design and vision I was looking for my daughter and son's Big 18th and 16th bday party. She added to my vision and she delivered master pieces. She was professional and attentive to every detail. When they delivered the Chanel and Nike "Jordan's shoe box Cakes, everyone was amazed and could not believe these were cakes. They were just that beautiful. THEY WERE PERFECT!!!! THEY HAD FAVOR, Moist and you could smell the sweetness. Both were 3 tiered cakes. I tell you the hardest thing was cutting of the cakes because we did not want to destroy the creations. My kids wanted to keep them as memories. Cakes by Gina is not your average cake design shop it is were you go to get Celebrity Style Creations. The nailed the Chanel and Nike brand 1000%! Thanks to Gina, ISIS, and all the cake designers!

I was introduced to this place during a tag along for a cake tasting for a quince. The cake was mmmmm and the customer service is always great. Now, this is the go to place for quinces, regular birthdays and even family holiday parties. I recently ordered a Dia de los Muertos themed cake for my daughter who wanted to have a theme that incorporated our Mexican side. We were not disappointed! See pics... Did it taste good? Duh! Were all my encounters with people who worked here beyond attentive, upbeat & timely? Of course!

The best cakes in town!!! Many flavors, unique designs, spectacular creativity! They are very accommodating to every occasion. Mrs Gina and her team tend to every customer with impeccable attention. The bakery environment makes you fell like you're in candy land!! The cake flavors have an exquisite taste. These are some of ours. Simply amazing work of art!

After a successful wedding with only a few bumps I wanted to back and thank all of the vendors who helped make the day go by smoothly. Cake tasting is one of those things if everything goes well (fingers crossed), you only get to do ONCE in your life. I mean when else can you call up places and set up appointments for you to get FREE cake?! The team at Cakes by Gina was one of the few vendors that had the styrofoam cake layers. It seems so simple but it goes a long ways to visualize how big your cake will be when stacked up. They also, have pages upon pages of past cakes they have designed so you can pick what you want. Their staff actually takes the time to draw you a representation of what they will create and the results are on point! Once, we decided on how big and the design, the most important part, the cake taste and flavor! We had done some individual research and scheduled other vendors, but almost all of my friend's got their wedding cakes here so we waited to try them last. The location is a bit far out, and the strip center is not what you would expect, but the results are in that first bite. After tasting their amaretto we were sold! This is one of their signature flavors and it's so good! We had tasted a lot of other places' strawberry filling and knew we also wanted that. Their strawberry rendition was up there with the others so we knew which 2 flavors we wanted. And when I say that their cake is delicious, let me dare say it's up there with Whole Food's Berry Chantilly! And if anyone knows me, that is the Mt. Everest of cakes in my opinion. The day of the wedding, the cake arrived and it was simple beautiful, a piece of edible art! The cake was so darn delicious, that I actually ate leftover cake as one of my first meals together as a couple. If you want a cake vendor that will deliver on their promises as far as taste and execution this is your place!

The sales consultant was wonderful to work with. She took ideas from multiple pictures and came up with a beautiful design. This was requested on short notice so I was so happy that they could accommodate my request.

The CBG team is amazing!!! Frances is literally the best, most creative and professional business owner, Baker, decorator, et al.... The CBG team did a fantastic job for my little sister's baby shower. I sent Frances Pinterest ideas and our color scheme, her team turned it around with their own creativity and knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend the macaroons!! Also, not every bakery will take the time to let you come taste test, offer mimosas or champagne and let you try whatever treats you want for free. Best part....I called about 2 weeks before the event, Frances was all booked the Saturday before for tastings. She opened early just to fit us in. Incredible customer service. Don't go anywhere else! I live DT, their location seems far out (outside all the loops) BUT so worth it! Hidden gem I will continue to use!!

This place is a hidden gem. I looked them up in Yelp on a Wednesday and had an appointment by Friday. Surprise surprise they're right down the street from my house. Yesenia was very helpful. I already had my design she gave me a few samples to taste. Yum!! The Vanilla Buttercream is AWESOME!! loads of flavor and the strawberry cream filling was great as well. We were seated with water and cake samples. She sketched out the design for me and we went over all the details. The appointment last for 30 min. I love this place the prices are competitive Can't wait to pick up my cake.

Do you make champagne cakes or cupcakes?

I'm not sure, but they have a menu. I always choose the red velvet and the wedding cake which is phenomenal but if you check their menu, you can see their whole list.

    Do they do number cakes?

    I believe so

My husband also got 2 savory pastries (I forgot what they were called and I forgot to take a picture) and those were yummy too. Perfectly flakey crust just like the egg tarts. Also note that if you pay with card it's a 2.5% charge so cash is better if you have it. We didn't but we know now for future. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back.
