The moment I walked in, I knew I had found my new favorite spot. While I'm living in this lovely little town, I can honestly say I'll be stopping by at least once a week! The desserts are incredible. Tiramisu cupcakes?! What?! I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Every single thing I've tried has been delicious. The frosting is perfectly balanced--not overly sweet--and the fillings are rich, flavorful, and absolutely amazing. You can tell that every item is made with care and creativity. The flavor combinations are unique, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. And then there are the drinks. Oh. My. Goodness. The Ube Horchata is one of the best specialty drinks I've ever had. I work at a local Title I Special Education preschool, and they generously donated to our preschool graduation celebration. That meant so much to our students, families, and staff. It only served 40 people so small cake to begin with! The revised cake was simple and fine but nothing special or close to what I requested but it worked.
