They had to close 3 hours early because they were understaffed, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is waiting until the day of to notify me, and even worse less than an hour before they close. I called the day before my pick up multiple times to confirm it was ready and then called again 3 hours before my pick up, no response. Just a text 30 minutes before they close. The "Store Phone" is just the store managers number that doesn't connect to the actual store. Not even an apology either for the lack of communication. I could not image buying a wedding cake from this place, just a birthday cake was stressful enough. In short, while the cake was beautiful and moist the lack of communication was far more stressful than what it's worth. Purchase with your own risk.

I picked up the cake, with only a $20 delivery charge (which was the cheapest on any of the quotes that I had gotten), in the Lobby of our hotel. I will deal with her business again. The cake was very delicious. It didn't take long for us to devour it. With how Vegas was, we were able to eat the cake until 2 days after we had gotten it, the frosting was still soft and the cake was VERY moist.

Im not a big cheesecake person…read morebut i ended up getting it for my partner's bday and it was really thick, the right amount of crust and the flavor didnt taste like most cheesecakes...it tasted better. I usually eat a few bites but that weekend i had three WHOLE slices in one sitting! Tip: he usually has plain, strawberry, and blueberry cheesecakes ready for takeout which really helped me, however, if youd like to try his other flavors, you will have to call 24-48hrs in advance OR wait about 8hrs the same day because he makes it fresh and cheesecake needs time to get firm.
