Im not a big cheesecake person but i ended up getting it for my partner's bday and it was really thick, the right amount of crust and the flavor didnt taste like most cheesecakes...it tasted better. I usually eat a few bites but that weekend i had three WHOLE slices in one sitting! Tip: he usually has plain, strawberry, and blueberry cheesecakes ready for takeout which really helped me, however, if youd like to try his other flavors, you will have to call 24-48hrs in advance OR wait about 8hrs the same day because he makes it fresh and cheesecake needs time to get firm. Again, im not a big cheesecake person but after trying his plain one, im very curious to try his specialty cheesecakes! I also appreciate the prices, budget friendly which i very much appreciate! My wife asked me to make her a desert for Valentines Day. She laughed as she said it because she knows I have no cooking skills whatsoever. So not to let her down, I researched cheesecakes in the Las Vegas area and stumbled across The Cheesecake Baker. I read the 126 online reviews, which were all 5 stars, and decided to order the Strawberry Cheesecake for pickup the next morning. I received at least 5 updates from Larry on it's progress and was able to pick it up the next morning. I arrived at 11:00 am the next morning and Larry walked down the stairs with my cheesecake. The first thing I noticed was the weight. It must have weighed 5 or more pounds. The top was completely covered with strawberries that were cut in half. That evening my wife prepared a delicious meal (my wife is a gourmet chef) but we saved room for the cheesecake. She was blown away by the creaminess and flavor. She commented that the ingredients were of the very best. I fully agreed with her. She immediately went on Facebook and wrote a review that this was the best cheesecake she had ever tasted. I have never seen her write a review of this nature. All in all, if you want the best cheesecake in Las Vegas, think no further than The Cheesecake Baker.
