At first, you are deceived with how small it looks on the outside until you walk in and realize how large bakery is on the inside. The entire bakery is bright and open and filled with cases of different pastries and items. In addition, they have fridges and coolers that carry their cakes as well as flowers and some drinks. This place is open every single day up until 9 PM and every single time that I've gone in no matter what time it is they are filled to the broom with delicious treats ever since I found them, I have been back about three times and every single time I have gotten something different. There has not been a single dessert or treat that I have gotten that I did not love. My favorites were the 3 Leches Cinnamon Roll, Guava Cream Cheese Pastry, and the Cheesecake. Horrible place and disgusting customer service! We've got a custom cake for my daughter's 8th birthday, which was not ready at the time of pick up. By the time the cake made it home (which is a very short ride), the cakes layers were already falling apart. We've put it in the fridge, but at the time of the celebrating, the cake was completely fallen apart and destroyed, causing a disappointment for my child. I've called the next day, and was hang up to THREE times since I spoke English? Where is the customer service??? I've asked for manager and was told "they come at different times or sometimes they don't show up for the day". Was told that I can get back $15 out of $100 cake!! Left a message for the manager and they never returned my call. I called 3 days later, manager doesn't speak English so she found an employee to talk to. He was extremely rude and said that it was our fault that we grabbed the cake in a rush and that I should've return it same day or next. No empathy whatsoever! They are definitely following covid guidelines and only allowing 10 customers in the bakery at a time. They do have hand sanitizer available and do sanitize after each customer.
