Went in to order a birthday cake, I requested a circle cake enough for 25+ people. With an F1 design, it was a very simple design, they said it was going to be $105. The reference photo I showed them had a little car toy on top, they said they could do it but then it would be $160.. how does that make any sense ?!? I went to La Bonita right next door and ordered from them. I got a bigger cake, with way more designs all for $50 ! When I tell you all this place does is up charge because of its name. Horrible place and disgusting customer service! We've got a custom cake for my daughter's 8th birthday, which was not ready at the time of pick up. By the time the cake made it home (which is a very short ride), the cakes layers were already falling apart. We've put it in the fridge, but at the time of the celebrating, the cake was completely fallen apart and destroyed, causing a disappointment for my child. I've called the next day, and was hang up to THREE times since I spoke English? Where is the customer service??? I've asked for manager and was told "they come at different times or sometimes they don't show up for the day". Was told that I can get back $15 out of $100 cake!! Left a message for the manager and they never returned my call. I called 3 days later, manager doesn't speak English so she found an employee to talk to. He was extremely rude and said that it was our fault that we grabbed the cake in a rush and that I should've return it same day or next. No empathy whatsoever!
