Great experience! I would rent a bounce castle from them again and again. I did online research as I've never rented a bounce castle before and was worried that something may go wrong. I found JumpStop online, checked their website, everything looked good, so I made a deposit and left my info, then I come on yelp and see a 1* review which claims that all the good reviews were left by people who knew the owner. I was so worried about anything going wrong but Maggie was so kind, helpful and quick to answer any of my questions so it put my mind at ease. On the day of my event, Maggie and Alex showed up on time, they were very friendly and helpful. The bounce castle was clean and not old or dated. Maggie made sure it was clean inside after they inflated it, she wiped it before leaving my house, she CARES for the business and customer's satisfaction. I felt taken care of and it was amazing. First of all, the bounce house was ripped and we couldn't use it at all that was very disappointing. Second Maggie was the rudest person i know she didn't help me solve the solution or problem. Stay Away! This place is a total scam. Paid for a party but because they don't have generators, they won't come and keep referring to their fine print as to why they won't refund the deposit. This is 12 hours after booking, so it's not like there's any work or prep done on their end. On a text message they were so rude and condescending. There are much better options out there. UPDATE: After leaving my review, Maggie out of spite charges my credit card the full amount. This is not a ethical business move. This place had great pricing, so I gave it a shot. We were given a delivery window of 8AM - 10AM, and our party was starting at 10. I thought it might cut it a little close, but thought it would be manageable. They did not arrive until 11:30... We were scrambling because we had no tables or chairs, and had to try to stall and entertain everyone since the tables, chairs or bounce house had not yet arrived. Me and my wife were stressing out big time. I hoped they would at least offer some kind of discount for this major inconvenience, but they said they couldn't.
