Said to call the main line to finalize or if i had any questions. We were hosting a holiday party with 20 kids and I needed an activity to keep them outdoors for as much as possible LOL. When I called, I spoke to Steve who was jolly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure which jumper I wanted but I measured my yard, gave Steve the specs, and he gave me a few options. We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was! The jumper was a huge hit and the kids even cried when it had to be taken down. Jeff was nice and said the kids could help him deflate it and they had fun squeezing all the air out! I reached out to 10+ companies in my area through Yelp to get quotes on a bounce house. Specifically a Toy Story themed bounce house. This company was fast to respond, and had what I was looking for! As of April 2025, it was $150 for a full day rental. More expensive for a version with a slide, but my yard couldn't fit that. The measurements of the bounce house were 13'x13' (I hope I remember correctly). We have turf, and they're able to secure the bounce house with sandbags so the turf isn't damaged. They dropped off early (8am) and picked up late (7pm). I really appreciated the amount of time we were able to have it! The associate who delivered it was early the morning of the party to our home, and came right on time to take it down. 9-5! My kids loved having time to jump before the party started. Steve was super communicative when I called to inquire about a bounce house and helped us pick one that we wanted within our budget. They are also an approved vendor for all Tustin park. I booked about 2 months prior and he called the day before to check our reservation. He didn't take any form of payment until the day of the event incase of any changes or emergency.
