Instead of correcting it quickly, the representative (Tamara) wasted over 10 minutes on a ridiculous verification process that went in circles. Imagine calling a bank to remind them to take their own payment and being treated like an inconvenience. That sums up Gain FCU. Their staff are either poorly trained or simply don't care about customer service. Hanging up was the best decision I made, because staying on the line would have been nothing but more wasted time. This isn't just one bad call -- from the application approval process to their day-to-day service, this credit union has shown itself to be disorganized, slow, and completely dismissive of members' time.
