Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.

I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do.
