Sam and 2 other guys moved our 3 bedroom house locally in 5.5 hours, and this included finishing up a lot of extra packing that we didn't finish before they arrived on moving day. They also brought a second truck to carry all of our garage/outdoor belongings, which was nice to know that those things weren't co-mingling with our indoor belongings. We were not initially quoted for a 2nd truck but we were also not charged extra for it based on our agreed-upon hourly rate, so it was much appreciated! They assembled and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted, and nothing was damaged in the move. I got many quotes for movers and Brave Movers had great pricing - awesome value for the great work you get. Hopefully I won't need to move again, but I will definitely recommend them to others looking for movers!

After the call they called again to verify the info(where i was moving to,…read morehow many bedrooms, etc. When the two workers(they enever told me their names) showed up they said I had a lot of stuff(true) and wanted to hire a third person which would double the price per hour. I said no. One worker seemed fine but most of the stuff was hauled up the stairs by the other. He was friendly but did a lousy job, while telling us he'd hurt his back and was workign 7 days in a row, which he thougth was funny. He also kept announcing he was crazy. My microwave never arrived-it was the one thing I had left for them to box as I'd run out of boxes the right size. He flung things around very carelessly. there was a lot of minor damage and my computer monitor and toaster oven didn;t work after the move and had to be replaced, as well as the missing microwave. In addition, they insisted on renting me mattress covers to protect them during moving(they said sell but I didn't get to keep them). Evm so there were dirty footprints on my mattress topper. Multiple calls and emails have got the same answer-someone would call me soon. no one ever has. Don't bother telling me ot waste my time on another call. I moved Sept 30 and you have the info you need. on the many microwave reports. Please email me with an offer for damages.

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. An hour and a 1/2 before they were supposed to arrive, I received a text stating that their truck would not start and that they could not do the move that day but offered to come on Monday. I was frantic because we did not have flexibility in our move and it had to be done that weekend. It took me 3 calls to actually speak with someone. I emphasized to Grayson, one of the owners, our lack of flexibility and begged him to consider renting a truck. He said he would look into this, however, over the next two hours I heard nothing from him, despite trying to call him numerous times. I finally received another text stating that he would not be able to come that day but was trying to call another company for us. We never heard from him again! After hours of panic and 100s of calls, we eventually found another company willing to do the move last minute for an exorbitant price. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and unreliable moving company before. I understand that things happen but a professional company would attempt to rectify it and also would actually call you and answer your calls. Moving is stressful enough, you do NOT need a moving company that just doesn't show up!
