My parents regularly got prescriptions here and drove 45 minutes one way to use this pharmacy. We had never had an issue until yesterday. They refused to fill my dad's prescription after making him wait for ten minutes. They said they did not want to "deplete their supply". Isn't that what a pharmacy does all the time? They said he hadn't been there in months. That's true, because my mom had a heart attack and stroke and was in a nursing home in Chattanooga dying. My dad has been so grief stricken since her death that he has seldomly went anywhere in months. I had been getting his prescriptions closer to where I worked because I don't have the time to always drive to McMinnville. He decided to start getting it from them again now that he felt like getting out only to be refused for no good or legitimate reason. Then when my sister called to ask why they did this, they were horribly rude to her. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and will gladly tell others how they treat customers who have been with them for over twenty years. Just unbelievable that they would treat my father this way.

I'm serious about the friendly service. I've been going to this drug store once a month for almost two years because I like taking magic pills that keep me from spawning little Valories. After just two months they not only knew me by name, but what prescription I was picking up every time. I never have to tell them. I never call in my prescription. I just walk in and they know. If only every aspect of life could be like this. I am really terrible at small talk. I'm just so bad at it. I never know what to say, I'm kind of shy (I think I just heard everyone that knows me well laugh collectively), I sometimes say awkward things. The employees here love to make conversation and even know about the lives of some of the other patrons. I chalk this up that everyone in this town knows each other and I'm a new comer. I think they've taken pity on me so they don't really try to small talk me anymore, which I appreciate. They greet me pleasantly and I greet them, they get my prescription, we pleasantly say bye. End of perfect transaction. You never really have to wait that long, but just in case you do you can sit and watch the television or look at the many goods in the store.
