The pharmacy staff has been extremely rude not only to me, and my family but I witnessed it multiple times during my long wait for a Rx. However I would like to thank the team operating the main store they were fantastic and very willing to help with my questions and general purchase. Lastly when I reported the HIPPA violation and the staff disrespect to customer service I was told that I would receive a call back from the management and that has never happened. They asked around and then apologized and then I walked out. I was fine, I told them I was just asking since I was in the store anyway. As I loaded my purchases into my car, the employee from the register ran outside to let me know they had a roll of quarters for me. They certainly did not have to do that, but I thought it was so nice and above and beyond.
