On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution anyone considering LaserAway to think twice, especially if clear communication, accurate pricing, and customer service matter to you.

She didn't even notify me that she was changing this, leaving me without the refills I depend on and forcing me to pay another $200 if I need a new prescription. I didn't find out I had no more refills till I went to call in a refill. It was a mess! This isn't the first negative experience I've had with Amber, but this one was unacceptable. It feels like this office has completely shifted its focus away from patient care and toward pushing their cash-only med spa services. When I brought up legitimate perimenopause concerns, I was told that Dr. Briggs doesn't allow NPs to prescribe medication for hormonal issues and that I'd have to go through their med spa instead -- which is both inappropriate and unethical. I've been loyal to this office for nearly a decade, but I'm done. I feel taken advantage of, dismissed, and left scrambling for basic medical care. Consultation is quick and not by the doctor. He came in the room for 2-minutes to view me, then left. The assistant described the surgery is done under local anesthesia so you're awake, no thanks. An outrageous price was given, then assistant walked out and came back with a new number, it felt very car-dealership like. No follow up after consultation to see how I was doing, which spoke volumes considering my visit was due to an issue with his original work. I did my research and got a second opinion- the difference in care and service was like night and day. I'd steer clear of Dr. Sarosy. It's time for him to retire.
