Unfortunately, my experience with LaserAway has been extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of customer service, constant miscommunication, and unprofessional behavior from some of the staff. The attitude of certain employees is unbelievable--I'm genuinely surprised this is considered acceptable in a medical/aesthetic setting. Pricing was misquoted multiple times, and I was given different numbers and explanations depending on who I spoke with. On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't know how one call this good customer service. I was blown away at how aggressive she was with me just trying to ask for the pricing, and then she tried to pressure me into feeling bad that it was too expensive for my budget. I changed providers because my girlfriend decided to pay $4,000+ on laser hair removal there, and it's by the mall so we could go together and then go to dinner. I purchased a block of credits and got one Botox treatment to see how they did and it worked well. I went back 6 weeks later to get the outer areas of my forehead done and absolutely nothing happened. I had forgotten about it, and when 6 weeks later my girlfriend asked me about the treatment and stated that my lines were still prevalent, I returned to inquire as to why the treatment did not work. The person that treated me looked at the photo they took the day of treatment and stated that it looked like my lines had actually gotten worse. She was very nice and stated that they could do nothing at that level so the managing nurse ( I assume she was the highest level of management because I had to wait until she was free) said that she would escalate it to corporate to see what they could do for me. I've had treatments for 5 years at 2 other providers within the same, but different than Laser Away, doctor's office (I would never have switched if it hadn't been for my GF going there for laser and she said it was discounted if I purchased several units in advance) and NEVER had a treatment not work AT ALL. That day, "Brian" from corporate called and, without getting into all of the 5 minute back and forth (and I kept my cool even after being told it was not their fault so there was nothing he would do for me except sell me additional units at full price), I exclaimed that if he had no interest in doing anything at all to make it right, even if it was just discount additional units, we were wasting each other's time so there was no sense continuing the conversation. I can afford more units. It's not about the money. I was just so disappointed in the ways Brian handled it by continuing to come back to the solution of me giving them more money instead of showing interest in making it right when the only logical explanation is that the person doing the treatment missed the muscle, so it just didn't work. It appears that Laser Away is just one more big box company that cares more about its bottom line than satisfied customers. Or at least Brian is. Needless to say, I will find a more professional and customer service-oriented provider. Or maybe I'll just stop fighting the aging process and get old as gracefully as I can. Naw, I'm definitely finding another provider! :-) I was contacted by someone named Jamie and asked me to send an email to them explaining my situation so they could help me. Monica the area manager was awesome. They fixed it and she said she's going to discuss the staff customer service. I really hope that they do because I love this location before my last visit here. Otherwise I have to drive all the way to my old location to get services or I'll just go to different company. So hopefully Monica handled everything I haven't been back there yet but as far as I know she took care of them using my card vs the purchased bank of product. The girl I had spoken with upfront who was the manager at the location was just really rude cut me off and speaking and Monica thankfully was there. Called me back immediately and took care of it. So hopefully this was a retraining opportunity but I would definitely say that unfortunately when you have a manager that is like that it's going to carry over to the rest of the staff. I went to LaserAway in Temecula for IPL to treat my pigmentation on my arms. This is not aggressive treatment and as a result, usually a series of 4 to 6 treatments is recommended. Well, my treatment resulted in large boils that had to be treated 2 - 3 times a day with a ointment used to treat infected traumatic skin lesions. In addition, I was asked to apply Hydrocortisone cream and Vaseline. The results were scars that will be with me for a lifetime. I'm warning you, don't take the risk of using LaserAway. l purchased a bundle of 150 units of Xeomin totaling $1044. I visited Laser Away for my first treatment and only used 40 units. Within 3 weeks after receiving treatment I noticed that the lines were coming back. Within 4 weeks it appeared that I had not received treatment at all. I made another appointment thinking I would just need more where the technician stated that my body absorbed Xeomin at a fast rate and I should not move forward with it. She offered to transfer it to Botox; however, in doing so, I would lose over $200. I walked away feeling defeated. I called customer service where they stated that I would have to talk to the manager at the store. I spoke to Erin, Temecula manager, where she stated that she would process a refund but I would only receive $564 due to having to pay the higher price of $12 a unit (which is the same price as Botox!). I asked her why I would not be honored the new patient pricing which was $7/unit and she stated that was our policy. I asked for the policy and it could not be provided. To breakdown the numbers: I paid $1044, promotion is $7/unit, I used 40 units totaling $280 which would bring my balance to $764. But they only want to offer me a $564 refund. Now I am waiting to hear back from corporate to see if there is something else can be done. Not cool for business Laser Away! You are a large company trying to scam people out of money. I will never go back. It appears that this has happened to several different people being that there is a class action lawsuit regarding similar concerns. Do better Laser Away! read more

Booked it for the wrong location. 2. When I went in to have my stuff done, the two nurses said I wasn't a good candidate and that it would leave me with a lot of loose skin. That's not what I want. So I called the lady who signed me up so she could hear it from the two nurses. She said she would have the loan canceled. Well, a month later, the loan ppl are calling me non-stop. And now they are saying I have yo pay for stuff. It's ridiculous. I've talked to so many ppl at Laser Away, and they basically are trying to sell me other stuff that might help. Considering tattoo removal can be a scary thing. Will it hurt? How will it leave my skin? Will it even work? Well, for me it was anyone. Unfortunately, I am one of those that has a bad tattoo that I regret. After lots of research and searching high and low, I came across Laser Away and one other place. I contacted both and Laser Away got back to me right away and we set up a consultation. Did I mention it is local and not a far drive?! As soon as you walk in you notice the beautiful decorations and most importantly, how clean it is. They do so much more than tattoo removal, as well! My consultation went so smooth and every single employee was extremely sweet, gave me all the information I needed and very helpful. It's safe to say I purchased a package! I was SO nervous for my first appointment. For th life of me I can't remember the gals name that did my session (Brittany I believe?) but she eased my nerves so well. She explained step by step what will happen, the machine they use and that I'd be able to numb the area if I choose to. We went over my medical history and I spoke with another employee via FaceTime to verify everything. My area is a small finger tattoo so it was a quick session and didn't hurt much. I didn't even blister! We went over the care, the recommended time I should wait in between sessions (8-10 weeks) and which colors I should expect to be easier to remove, and which will take longer. I finished my third session recently and see a massive difference. It's still there but the fading it remarkable. I love this place! I've been to their locations in LA and Vegas, but the Temecula location is the one I frequent most often for my laser hair removal treatments. The staff members are always extremely professional and friendly, and I'm loving the results from my treatments. I barely have to shave anymore and I had very thick, coarse hair to start with. Jamielyn had upsold me for 2100 on injectables on the call I clearly mentioned several times to her that my main concern were my masseter hence why I bought so many units in the first place. I was also in a car accident so one side of my face has a scar and droops more than the other so when I came in for my apt I was so excited to get all my problem areas fixed. The nurse that was going to injected me told me that they don't inject the masseter area nor can she inject more on one side than the other. So I asked for a refund and they told me I'd need to speak with my sales rep Jamielyn. I called Jamielyn and explained to her my problem and even asked her to pull up the call I had with her in which I mentioned the masseter area many times and told her also that the nurse said they only do "one shoe fits all" for all patients they can't inject one side more than the other. Jamielyn was rude and kept interrupting me didn't let me explain to her what was going on and told me they don't do refunds only store credit. I got emotional and cried to her because there's nothing else I wanted done other than the injectables. She even tired comparing my 2100 loss to her $150 she spent on something and they can't refund her for. I asked for a manager but she didn't want to put me through to one.
