Their coffee flights are themed to the current season and each of the four drinks are uniquely built with on theme flavors and delightfully decorated. Our Lover's Flight was AMAZINGGGG!! From the viral bear cup to the fruity flavors to highlight the seasonal flavors! The best part.. in a shop with limited seating.. they reserve a table for you to enjoy your flight... for 45 minutes!! The staff is amazing! On this morning, the line was OUT the door and DOWN the street, but as soon as we entered and mentioned our flight reservation... they showed us our reserved table and had our drinks out to us in a few minutes. So, I showed up at that time and waited outside in a line with about twenty-five people deep and waited 20 minutes and only about five customers were served. I then went inside and hoped they had a line just for special order pickups. No that would have made good business sense. I was able to catch the attention of one of the baristas and asked about the pickup and she said go back outside and get in line. I left because it would have been at least an hour's wait if not more. So, I called and asked the person, when there was a slow time to come in to pick up the package and she stated there are no slow times at Cuties. I then asked her to cancel the package, and she stated no. I mentioned how it stated on the confirmation about coming in at 9 and she stated I was wrong and it was 9 to 5 and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked about the slow time and she stated after 1pm it is a little slower and I mentioned about the 9am pickup time and she said I was wrong and the email stated 9 to 5 and she hung up. See confirmation email below starting at 9am. In summary, I spent $45 to be told by two rude and ignorant teenage baristas that have no clue how a business operates I was wrong when I was correct. To make things worse, I still must pick up the Valentines package and waste another hour of my life. I will never deal with this company again and look forward to the day it goes out of business. This was not the way I wanted to spend my Valentines day.

They have both a drive-through and the option to walk inside. Both times we ended up walking in, and the inside has a decent amount of seating along with a display case for some baked goods. I believe they also had four people working on both of the days that I was there, and as you might imagine, they do a brisk business. For my coffee on this morning I decided to go with a Paris Toast Latte while my wife went with the Nor'threester Iced. The menu described mine as maple, brown sugar cinnamon, and shortbread, while my wife's was white chocolate, vanilla, and coconut. It took about seven minutes from ordering until we had our coffees and were on our way. My coffee ended up being pretty good as the mix of the three syrups melded well together. It was a touch on the sweeter side, but you could still taste the coffee on the finish, which I appreciated. My wife enjoyed her iced coffee here as well. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. As a matter of fact, I already have, as their coffee and flavors are solid.
