My wife and I have enjoyed their coffee flights before, but we were excited to try their Valentine's Day Lover's Flight too. Their coffee flights are themed to the current season and each of the four drinks are uniquely built with on theme flavors and delightfully decorated. Our Lover's Flight was AMAZINGGGG!! From the viral bear cup to the fruity flavors to highlight the seasonal flavors! The best part.. in a shop with limited seating.. they reserve a table for you to enjoy your flight... for 45 minutes!! The staff is amazing! On this morning, the line was OUT the door and DOWN the street, but as soon as we entered and mentioned our flight reservation... they showed us our reserved table and had our drinks out to us in a few minutes. Worse service ever. Made the mistake of ordering their $44.40 Valentines Day special. On the front of the confirmation email is states Estimated Pickup Time February 14, 2026, 09:00 AM. So, I showed up at that time and waited outside in a line with about twenty-five people deep and waited 20 minutes and only about five customers were served. I then went inside and hoped they had a line just for special order pickups. No that would have made good business sense. I was able to catch the attention of one of the baristas and asked about the pickup and she said go back outside and get in line. I left because it would have been at least an hour's wait if not more. So, I called and asked the person, when there was a slow time to come in to pick up the package and she stated there are no slow times at Cuties. I then asked her to cancel the package, and she stated no. I mentioned how it stated on the confirmation about coming in at 9 and she stated I was wrong and it was 9 to 5 and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked about the slow time and she stated after 1pm it is a little slower and I mentioned about the 9am pickup time and she said I was wrong and the email stated 9 to 5 and she hung up. See confirmation email below starting at 9am. In summary, I spent $45 to be told by two rude and ignorant teenage baristas that have no clue how a business operates I was wrong when I was correct. To make things worse, I still must pick up the Valentines package and waste another hour of my life. I will never deal with this company again and look forward to the day it goes out of business. This was not the way I wanted to spend my Valentines day. read more

Really cute store with super friendly staff, crazy drink specials! The seasonal lattes here are super popular, and they are fun to try at least once. The oatmeal cream pie was definitely sweet and tasted good, more just a maple latte than anything oatmeal but overall, it's more for the experience than anything. Plus, they did a really cute 2 year celebration with giveaways and cupcakes, which I love! Worth coming to try their drinks once, but not really something I need to go back for. read more

My mom and I visited Cutie's on a Saturday afternoon. Cutie's is located centrally in Greensburg, close to Seton Hill. There is a small parking lot to the side of Cutie's, but I drove past it. I ended up parking across the street. The space itself is small but cozy. There are a few tables. My mom ordered a frozen hot chocolate and I ordered a gingerbread chai latte. Our drinks were not only delicious but also visually pleasing. This place will be in my rotation when I'm in Greensburg! read more

Drove over an hour to visit this coffee shop and it definitely did not disappoint! This is an insta-worthy shop full of super cute decor, sweet treats, and the sweetest baristas! I chose the strawberry crunch latte. It was pretty good but did have a super sweet, artificial flavor. It was okay, because the cup made up for it. Such a cute coffee shop in Greesnburg and I believe they have now expanded their space. Parking is tough to get and tight beside their building but parking is available on the street and in an adjacent lot. They do coffee flights and have baked goods and fun merchandise. I'd like to first say that I am basing this on the actual product sold, not the Instagram-ability/ambiance of the place. The coffee is cute, don't get me wrong. You will want to take pictures of it and with it, share it to your socials and anybody in your phone! They're adorable and super fun. But in all reality, it's a sugar overload and I wouldn't even call this coffee it's a dessert. I ordered one of their specialty coffees and asked for half the amount of syrups and it was still too sweet to drink. It's definitely a cute college girl hang out, but it's a shame they don't have a better coffee menu for the college kids that actually want to get a caffeine boost without diabetes. They also have a macaroon vendor that sells there that I hear it's very good, but I didn't try it myself. They were out when I was there. They also sell cute merch here...but in my opinion, you get the merch because you love the product. read more

I came in late August and their fall theme was already in full swing, pumpkin spice and cinnamon apple lattes galore with adorable merch for sale (I was dying to snag myself one of their glass coffee cups!) The baristas are all so kind and they make you feel happy to be there! I love that they offer the iced doppio (cheapo hack if you want coffee for under $5 these days) but it was really strong! I'm so glad to have finally visited Cuties! They're located in Greensburg and have a small parking lot to the side of their building. I ordered a cookie butter latte and opted to get it in one of their seasonal gingerbread cups - so cute! I also got a few of the macaroons and they were all really good but I especially liked the gingerbread macaroon. They have a TON of specialty coffees and themed drinks, including coffee flights (make a reservation ahead of time for a flight). They use Commonplace Coffee so you know it's going to be good! This coffee shop definitely lives up to its name... it is SO cute! Everything from the aesthetics to the food and drinks is very instagrammable and trendy! We made a reservation for a flight on a weekday afternoon, and it wasn't busy at all! Our drinks were ready shortly after we arrived. There were some tall tables outside, as well as we sat at a small seating area inside. All of the drinks in our flight were delicious. It was a nice variety and very creative! I definitely recommend sharing the flight with a friend or two, as they're pretty sweet. I discovered cuties coffee on a viral Instagram post a couple weeks ago and decided to take the hour long drive from my neck of the woods with a friend who I knew would love this place as much as I did! Cuties definitely passed the vibe check and you won't be sorry you visited no matter how busy or crowded the shop may be. Expect to wait in line a little but don't worry because you'll be greeted with a warm friendly face once it is your turn to order. They have pastries and Chick-fil-A biscuits on the weekends you can order for a snack to go along with your coffee. They have a nice coffee menu along with super fun seasonal drinks for Valentines right now. The drinks were up pretty quickly after we ordered for a busy Saturday afternoon. One thing to note that I wish I had known beforehand: if you plan to grab a table, hang out, or order their cute seasonal coffee flights that aren't in to-go cups - you'll need to book a reservation in advance. This was a little bit of a bummer as it was my friend's birthday and we were hoping to order a flight but we just chose a few seasonal drinks instead (also unfortunately makes for less insta/yelp-worthy pics). Needs new management! Dani was extremely rude and unprofessional! Everytime I was in town, I made a point to stop here and patronize this business as well as the many gift cards and shirts I bought from there. We were in town from Chicago to move my daughter from Jeanette, and stopped there on the way out. 3 hours down the road I realized I did not have my credit card so I immediately called the store, as that is the only place we stopped. The barista that answered the phone confirmed they had my card and when I asked if they could send it to me she said she would take my info and have the manager call back.. after calling everyday for 6 days and leaving my info, Dani finally got back to me and told me they did not have my credit card. I ask why the girl would tell me, 3 hours after I left there, that they indeed did have my card, and also why it took her almost a week to get back to me? She responded that they had a card for "Samantha" so the girl must have been confused, and then proceeded to tell me she already cut up Samantha's card. Then she continued to rudely say "I wouldn't have sent it back to you anyways and it not my fault you misplaced your card" and then hung up on me. I think it's completely unprofessional to dodge my calls for a week, with me thinking they had my card. Horrible customer service and I'm kind of upset I also spent $30 on a shirt that day that I probably will not wear because I really don't want to advertise for a Business that treats their once loyal customers like that. read more

Not a far walk from the heart of downtown Greensburg, we ventured down the hill to try this little but mighty coffee spot. There are only 3 tables, a pair of soft chairs, and a few seats at a counter inside. When busy, finding space to queue and then wait is challenging. And also adding to the awkward ordering process flow, there are two front doors and only one printed menu (including seasonal offerings but did not list all the options available) at the register so you had to wait to read it once it was your turn to order. Luckily, I had reviewed the online menu to narrow down my choice. The very small selection of baked goods were very tempting (cinnamon rolls /cinnamons twists / gluten free options). I have been following different gals who rave about this spot on instagram as well as Cuties Coffee Facebook page. I saw they were offering flights and had been wanting to take my sister and mom for a little while. I finally got the opportunity to take them yesterday to celebrate my mom's birthday and it was such a great decision!! You do have to make reservations and I recommend two flights if you have more than 2 in your party unless you plan to order something to go- then I'd say one to share is plenty for taste. There was 4 of us total so I reserved the Gilmore Girls flight since we've been fans of this show for a LONG TIME and then I got the spooky flight since it's heading into fall season. We pretty much love all of the drinks. Some were sweeter than others and I'd say maybe one just had a strange taste but overall- absolutely delicious and I'd highly recommend trying. They even give you little stickers and have names that are relevant to the show/season. The girls who were working (with the exception of one) were SUPER friendly. What a cutie lil spot with delicious coffee! I love the idea of coffee flights, especially when they are as cute as these ones were! You have to make a resy (they are for 45 mins) if you want to get the flight, so make sure you book if you want the flight! If you'd like a standalone coffee though, you can just pop on in! The drinks on this flight were so cute and just as scrumptious. My favorite one, which should surprise no one, was the Irish Cream Latte. It was creamy and the mocha rim really added extra flavor. The one that took me by surprise was the Blue Raspberry Frappe- probably because i'm only used to getting chocolatey/ caramely/ vanilla-y flavors rather than like fruity sweet drinks.
