Mitch was pleasant, informative, and easy to communicate with. He walked the house thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and provided recommendations. He also gave us a verbal quote and said he would send a detailed cost breakdown shortly. Unfortunately, that never happened. The next day, I followed up via text requesting the estimate and only received a emoji in response. After two more days with no estimate, I called and spoke with Mitch directly. He apologized and said he would send it out. It has now been over a week, and we still have not received anything. We genuinely wanted to move forward with the project, but the lack of follow-through made that impossible. It's disappointing that something as simple as providing a written estimate couldn't be completed. It also raises concerns about what would happen if an installation needed follow-up or if there were issues after the work was done. Very odd experience overall. Great first impression, but unfortunately the communication and reliability just weren't there.

He took the time to give me a tour of the shop and show me some of the vehicles and projects he was working on. I must say, the caliper and quality of work that is done out of this shop is amazing. I had a pretty straight forward vision of what I wanted to be built for my C10. Jaime took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and EXECUTED MY VISION PERFECTLY. The final work was perfect and we'll executed. The welds and bends on the harness bar were beautiful and fit my application amazingly. When I questioned the bill I got all sorts of explanations and justifications as to why that was a fair price.....including that I was asking for a rush and that I was paying for their expertise. The woman that handled the order never mentioned a rush charge but only that it would take about an hour. And the reason you go to a business that straightens things is because thats what they do..... of course Im paying for their expertise....that's what businesses like this sell... their expertise.
