Amazing customer service. The owner is a great dude that answers any and all questions you have. I got recommended to go here from a family friend, my uncle who lives 2 hours away came here instead of going somewhere closer and I see why. I got a 3.5 inch suspension lift installed and I brought in wheels and tires that were already mounted and balanced. They did an amazing job. I've drove the truck a little over 1,000 miles no issues. The owner told me after the installation to bring it back after the first 1k miles and they'll retorque everything and do a safety inspection at no cost and they'll also do one every 5k after that, so every oil change. A company that does checks on their work like that at no cost is a great company. Owner and the workers there are great guys with great customer service. 100% take your truck there. read more

There I met with Nick and owner Marcio where I discussed my vision on the stance and poke, the height, potential application that may not work such as tie and wheel size. Had all my suspension work done here since I've owned my truck. Got my lift kit, wheels, tires here. Went back and had them install upgraded tires, upper control arms, and coilovers. They ground on my powder coated lift kit because they mounted it bawards then installed my rear backing plates upside-down & could not figuer out why the brakes wouldn't work & took 3 months to install parts that I brought.to them done cost me a grand in in repairs read more

I used to go to another shop in Modesto, and will now never go to any other shop other than TCS Suspension! The owner (Marcio) is by far the most down to earth, honesty guy I have done business with. The other shop I was going to screwed me out of a lot of money and did a terrible quality job (when I first got there he pointed out atleast 10 things that were wrong with my truck that the other shop failed to take care of or even put on the truck that I paid for). Marcio and his crew of mechanics were able to complete the job on the time schedule that was given to me and it exceeded my expectations, I have never seen a truck with such detailed work done, and quality. I have NEVER had better costumer service! Marcio and his crew are the best at what they do. I recently had them instal a 6" Fabtech lift with 20" Fuel Hostage wheels on my 2012 Toyota tundra. There was some small issues that required some replacement parts and without hesitation Marcio took care of everything! He never came off like "that's not on us" type of guy. These guys were recommended to be by some other local friends. Following that recommendation meant a 6 hour round trip for me. Well worth it. I have always bugged these guys since I was 16 giving them the run around because I was just a kid with a dream, they never gave me a hard time and was always willing to help. I recently was able to come up with enough money to have my duramax built by TCS, I had several other things powdercoated along with my kit and did a custom pink...I was expecting to be without a vehicle for about a month but after I explained to Marcio (the owner) that was my only source of transportation he knocked out my truck faster then I could of imagined! Awesome!! Marcio is a great guy... Took my truck in few days ago to get tires and i didnt have a ride to pick me up.. Marcio lent me his shop truck for the day so i wouldnt be stranded. He took my truck to be alligned For me and he ordered me a chrome sticker. Marcio always hooks me up with hats and t shirts when he gets them in. Overall great shop. Everyone there is great and they always ask how im doing and how my truck is doing. Before i had my truck lifted there i visted a few shops to get some prices and TCS was by far the most down to earth. Also anything that should go wrong while working on your truck marcio stands behind his work and will get it fixed. When i got a body lift put on my truck we found a boot that had torn on my steering shaft and they fixed it no questions. When i picked up my truck i noticed that my steering wheel controls stopped working so marcio took me to the chevy dealer to have it checked out. My clock spring in my steering wheel went out so marcio paid out of pocket to have it fixed. Above and beyond work comes from this shop. Its nice to know that guys with pride for their work are working on my truck. Wouldnt go anywhere else. read more

When they are scheduled open mechanics in their trucks in parking lot waiting for somebody to unlock the doors. Not very good business practices. They may have good quality. I left my truck there for two days, and they never got to it. I didn't have anymore time wait because I was going out of town, so I took my truck to TCS.
