In fact, he is so wonderful I even switched my child to him around age 7. He has top of the line equipment, and his hygienist are some of the most gentle cleaners ever. They completed dental work that they knew would not be covered by my insurance and when I asked them to submit a new claim the said that "Dr. Young needed to send a letter to the insurance pleading on your behalf". The insurance company never received any such letter and now I am stuck with an outlandish bill for someone with dental insurance. Do not go to this company unless you want to get scammed. I will also be reporting them to the CA Dental Association and submitting a grievance to my insurance company to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very disappointing.
