Would give less stars if I could. I have two sons who were patients. We have no history of ever missing an appointment without calling (no-show). For the last appointment, I had my husband call to verify the times the day before the appointment as I had a busy week with my job. My husband called the number that showed up on a barcode that they provide on the visit reminder cards that they send home. He confirmed the times, however it appears the number he called was not correct. We unfortunately missed the appointments on accident. When I called the office to explain what happened, they were not "caring" or kind and explained that they would charge us $25 per child for a now show fee. Reminder, we have no history of this ever happening. If you can't be understanding about a one-time mishap, then you should remove caring from your name! read more

I brought my daughter in for her very first dental appointment, & I truly cannot recommend this office enough. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly warm & welcoming. Daniah, Leslie, & Sandra were so kind, patient, & accommodating, they immediately put us both at ease. So glad that Caring Tree was recommended to me. I used to get a little anxious taking my toddler to the dentist because I didn't know how it would go. Dr. K and Kylee were absolutely amazing with my son this morning getting 4 baby teeth extracted. He gets anxiety and panic attacks when it comes to medical stuff and particularly needles and the nerves leading to this appointment we're building. They handled his anxiety with such precision that he didn't even know a needle was ever involved and we came out without an incident. We love everything about this office! My 4 year old loves going to the dentist (at least for cleanings). The staff especially Zach and Sally are absolutely AMAZING. Zach got my son talking about going to the dentist to all our family. He went above and beyond. Sally is a pro at working with kids. It was my sons first time getting cavities filled and I was a nervous wreck. She knew all the right things to do to keep the process quick and to entertain my son while helping the Dr. K the whole time. Lastly all of the front desk staff are always so kind, welcoming, and cheerful. Being a working parent and keeping up with appointments is challenging but they always seem to find something that works for us. I am so happy to have this children's dentist in Lincoln! read more

I took my son here for his first dentist appointment about two months ago. I'm a first time mom, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. The booking process was pretty smooth, except I didn't have my full insurance info and they kept pushing to provide an SSN. This made me a bit uncomfortable and I didn't do it (my insurance info specifically said not to). Instead, I called my insurance company to get the missing info. The day of the appointment, I arrived a little early and spent some time in the waiting area (not long at all). The waiting area is impeccable. Very clean and welcoming with lots of toys kids can actually play with. They don't have any loud video games or other electronics, so it feels calm and peaceful. This was nice since my son is less than a year and a half, so a ruckus would have intimidated him. Instead, my son quickly made himself at home with a few trucks and cars. The dentist is incredibly welcoming and nice. She allowed my son to bring a truck into the exam room for comfort. She introduced herself and all of her tools to him. She even allowed him to touch a few of the tools on her try. She then guided me to gently put him into position for the exam. The exam took about 15 minutes, and she answered all of my questions, inspected his teeth and gave him a light fluoride treatment. I'm new to the area and I decided to try this place because it had good reviews and I had a Wooden Wagon coupon for a free kids toothbrush. I redeemed the coupon without a problem. I'm very happy with my choice and feel that I've found my son's dentist. I would definitely recommend this office. read more

My daughters went there last month and I'm just awful about writing reviews but I had to make a point to do it since my youngest daughter had the best time. My daughters ages are 14,11, and 8. My 8yr old has the hardest time brushing her teeth without being told. It is a fight every time. When we went in there I was dreading the outcome but instead she came out with a smile and the assistant told me that she explained to my daughter how to brush and what the bacteria does. I just thought another day at the dentist BUT the next day my daughter brushed her teeth herself and said "that girl told me to do it like this." I couldn't contain myself that I had to tell the office and mention the assistant. A week later a post card came in the mail for my daughter from the assistant and my daughter was ecstatic. This office goes above and beyond. My daughter is still a roll on brushing her teeth. read more

The staff at Caring Tree Kids Dentist are incredible! Our son was very nervous at his first visit and they were more than accommodating. The office is decorated very kid friendly, they have movies and cartoons screening on the ceiling for the children along with headphones and sunglasses if the lights are too bright for them. I am SO grateful I found this place for my 4 year old daughter! The staff is exceptional, kind, professional and they make my daughter (and myself) feel safe and in good hands! I appreciate how awesome the staff is! They're one of the best, if not the best dentistry around and have the best patient care representative I've ever met! They have two locations, one in Lincoln (the one my daughter goes to) and another office in Grass Valley. The office has a play room in the waiting area (they even have a window so you can watch your child from afar during fillings etc.), they also have TV's in the ceiling for your child to watch as they lay in the chair and give stickers and a ballon for after the appointment along with a dental goodie bag, which my daughter just loves! Don't go here. I got all 5 of my kids transferred over here. They booked their 2nd appointment too soon and now are asking us for payment because the insurance company won't cover it since it's before 6 months. I now have to transfer my kids to a new dentist and pay them for not paying attention to the calendar. we pay weekly co pays for our kids to go to the dentist we don't feel it's fair to pay for visits that insurance should cover. read more

From the time she walked in the door she went right in to playing with the toys, warmly greeted by Leanna and bill, and the dr even came out to introduce herself to my daughter and us before bringing her back to check her teeth. Today I took my seven year old here for the first time. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. But just know it was pretty amazing for me to take the time to write a review because I just don't do that. From when we first walked in to when we left it was nothing but top notch service. My son has been going to a known children's dentist office chain here in town and I looked for a different dental office after his last check in October because I just felt like that place didn't take the time and was way over booked and more about seeing as many patients vs the care provided. Caring tree was terrific, gave a thorough exam and explained everything to my son and me. I never felt rushed, ever. The dentist explained everything separate to me and reviewed his X-rays on the side with me. They truly care. I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am that I called and made an appointment here. My son also told me he "loves" his new dentist office and cannot wait to come back. read more

She also did a dental report card with me to show a visual of the overall health of their teeth and what needs to be worked on. I wish this place was around when I was a kid! When you first walk in, the lobby is brightly decorated with artwork done by the children who are patients (such a great personal touch). The office is beautiful and has such great natural light. Dr. Kucera treated my daughter with care and made her visit to the dentist a positive experience. The environment is kid friendly, the staff is very sweet and caring, and the equipment is new. My daughter is not a great brusher, and Dr. K and the staff gave us lots of tips on improving her oral health--and they worked! read more

Dr. K is wonderful. She and her staff are caring and competent. They were wonderful dealing with my "dentist anxious" daughter who has had bad experiences in the past.
