For the last appointment, I had my husband call to verify the times the day before the appointment as I had a busy week with my job. My husband called the number that showed up on a barcode that they provide on the visit reminder cards that they send home. He confirmed the times, however it appears the number he called was not correct. We unfortunately missed the appointments on accident. When I called the office to explain what happened, they were not "caring" or kind and explained that they would charge us $25 per child for a now show fee. Reminder, we have no history of this ever happening. If you can't be understanding about a one-time mishap, then you should remove caring from your name!

Office staff came out and took both kids at once and because of Covid only one parents allowed back. So our kids are bing divided up to X-ray and exams, its their first time here and with only one parent it wasn't a "Family Situation" I understand covid protocols and covid regulations but we took time off work so tow kids would be able to be supervised by two adults and the office made it drama when it didn't have to be. The calls came from different staff members (Jocelyn, Andrew, Stephen, and Sandra), often taking turns calling throughout the day. Many times they would hang up as soon as I answered, and other times they left voicemails, eventually filling up my voicemail inbox. I repeatedly asked to be placed on a do not call list and explained that I would contact the office myself after summer break when I was ready to schedule. Despite those requests, the calls continued. To make matters worse, the office went ahead and scheduled appointments for all four of my children without my permission. The lack of communication and respect for a patient's requests is incredibly frustrating. Today alone I have received three separate phone calls to schedule an appointment. I addressed the issue again, and again and again. Each staff member I spoke with was rude instead of acknowledging my concerns. Preventive dental care is important, but so is treating families with respect. Persistent, unwanted calls, ignored requests to stop, and scheduling appointments without consent are unacceptable. Because of this experience, our family will be finding a new dental office. The level of harassment simply isn't worth it.

I have to personally pay out of pocket, but they take so many insurances. I couldn't imagine taking my babies to any other dentists.
