My dryer broke so I yelped laundry mats. Cali seemed ok. So I went to Cali Laundry for the first time. Was not bust but by time I was leaving it was pretty steady with people. There are 20-60lb washers & dryers. And 2 80lb dryers. However, it may be the last time I go there. I gave it 3 stars as it was clean compared to other laundry mats. It was spacious too but limited seating! There was a small area for kids with a tv/movie on but there is no seating and what kid wants to sit on a tiled floor & look high up at a tv. Be nice if it was lower or eye level but than I'm sure the tv may or could get damaged or ruined. Nice to offer it though for kids. There's another tv by a dryer area too. There were 2 massage chairs ($1-$10 depending on minutes), 2 toy claw machines(50-$1 per game), a food/drink vending machine & 1 laundry soap machine that you have to use your laundry plastic card to purchase & few gumball/candy machines. The price here at Cali to wash & dry is more expensive compared to other laundry mats I've been too. Taj Mahal of Laundry Mats. The machines are new & clean tho. There are signs on wash machines that say Tues/Fri special but when I used the washer on Tues & put my card in to pay, I did not see that 'special deal' price reflected on the machine. Yes you have to use one of those plastic credit/atm type cards which you buy at the x-changer machine to pay for your loads. Smart & eliminates coins too. I get it. There's a list of policies & friendly reminders throughout the laundry mat. If you have an issue with a washer or dryer (like I did), it'd be nice if they would fix it, credit your card w/money or put their own card in to give you a free wash or two. I put my clothes into a 20lb washer. I wanted hot water, heavy soiled & extra rinse. Well I followed all directions turned the knob once to set, than another time to set, pushed the button for extra rinse (words came up on automated machine 'not available '). I put my card in to start. I pushed the buttons again & got the same message. Wash machine started than right before my eyes the hot water automatically turned to cold & the machine reset. I couldn't stop or fix it. Was I too late now as the door was closed? As I already shut the door & I put my card in (that's what I was told). There is no emergency shut off or a button to fix/reset the setting? I quickly asked the female attendant why it did that? She said, "it's too late, the door is shut, your too slow!" She said, "I wash my clothes here it doesn't do that so was you." What.....wow ok just a bit rude. Hmm ok, let me show you exactly what I did with this next load I'm putting in. She stood there. Guess what it did the same thing again. What did the attendant have to say to me.......nothing she just looked at me & walked away. 10 min later she's nowhere to be found & a new attendant was on the clock working. (who seemed very nice). My third & final laundry I put into another 20lb machine. Hoping it'd stay on hot, nope. The new attendant didn't seem to understand what I was trying to tell her. Ok whatever I let it go plus I had already put my card in & started the machine. But Frustrating! Well if I come back maybe my experience will be different. I do have to say my clothes seemed cleaner than other laundry mats & the dryer dried my clothes in one use. So for the extra money it costs here wasn't too bad. Plus it was a clean & spacious laundry mat. There was no riff raff or any nonsense while I was there either. read more

This place is great to wash any Laundry you have. The place is new and the machine are much better than any other place near me. Also free wifi is a the key to people too! Vending machine is there if you forgot to bring supplies or just want a snack or drink. Recommend to anyone that looking for a high quality place and to have fun while doing it too! read more

So I have came to wash here the last 3x's & I just love it such a welcoming eniviroment & kid friendly. Washers & dryers are great quality plus the got that AC Blowing which is nice. I just like how I can be in & out here & doesn't feel like forever! I love the deals they have going & the perks of washing here as well. Great way to bring customers in. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went saturday Jan. 21st and the machine in where you reload your card was not working properly. I inserted cash to reload my card and the machine would not tell me how much was my balance. I then went to pay for a washer load i swiped my card and it did not want to turn on. I asked one of the workers and they dis not know a thing. They said they would change my card but the same thing happened again. All of a sudden after that, the washer charged my card way more than it read on the price. The dryers do not work at all and even the washers do not clean properly. Please avoid coming to this place because they will take all your money, it is a rip off because they do not make sure this place is functioning properly. read more

This is probably the nicest public laundry mat I've ever been to.... But disappointed because I drove out of my way to come here because they have multiple signs stating UNLIMITED FREE WASH posted outside & when i asked the attendant which ones were the free washers he said "that deal ended Sunday (yesterday)". Another lady said they told her it ended last week. And a man inside stated that if they still have it posted then by law they should still honor the free wash & the attendant pretty much ignored him. read more

In a neighborhood where there"s more laundromats than Starbucks , I predict that Cali Laundry will one day be the Starbucks of Laundromats if they add some hip decor and paint the walls the colors of a coffee house. I have to wash tons of laundry for my office and most places are pretty depressing. Cali is huge, always clean and constantly maintained. They have lots of different sized washers and don't require coins to operate. The convenience of using a card to slide into the machines saves time and energy. They also have the most amazing massage chairs that are clean and inexpensive . While my clothes are washing I got an excellent 25 minute massage from a chair for $5 ! Unlike the sketchy gross laundromats that are everywhere near Disneyland .... I can happily say that this one is family friendly . It even has arcade games with prizes and a kids corner and Plenty of seating while you wait! read more

I usually love this laundromat because it's nice and clean! It's way less expensive than the one in my apartments too!! The first issue I have with this facility isn't actually their fault... I have had my laundry soaps stolen TWICE. The homeless that walk in and out of this facility is what makes me think twice about coming here. The other thing is I went in there the other night just to check the balance on my card (I knew they were closing soon) and this lady told me they were closed. I said that I knew that I just wanted to check the balance on my card so she proceeds to follow me to the machine and watch me check my balance. She said ok your balance is 6.50 now we're closed and followed me out. I thought I might add that I went in there at 10 pm. There were still people in there drying their clothes as well. I don't think I need to be supervised while checking my card balance. read more

Agh this place is great its so clean and i love the family friendly enviornment the man was seemed helpful and nice. My neice loved the toy machine so much plus if your hungry or thirsty you can just buy a snack and drink there. I'll be coming again soon, its definitely worth it. read more

I was very happy coming here. Yes it is a little more pricey than other places BUT it is clean and well ventilated AAANNNDDDD they have sooooo many machines! I did separate my clothes to wash and everything, but as for drying, I was able to put my two loads in one dryer. I will be back because of the cleanliness and Lori was nice and helpful since I was a first timer. Hahah read more

There's a laundromat walking distance from my apartment but I load up my car just to come to Cali laundry. This place is super clean for the most part. The staff is helpful and always picking up, ( especially the man who works there he is extremely nice and working hard to help everyone every time I see him) . The prices are fair to me because the machines are clean and new. I've come on Wednesday's and Sundays and sundays can get pretty busy. Also as a person who NEVER carries cash, I love that you can reload your laundry card with a debit card! 1 suggestion I'd make is hopefully they can provide more carts for customers, sometimes people hog a couple at a time which leaves others without a cart. Overall I actually enjoy doing laundry here . read more

I went with my mom to wash some loads and we had never been there before. The attendant came out to our car to give us a cart before we even had the chance to take anything out of the car! When we got inside we have never used a Laundromat that used prepaid cards(they take cash and debit) and he noticed we looked kinda lost and was super helpful and made sure to come around a couple times to help us out or answer any questions we had. It's a nice place pretty big, clean, and all the machines were nicely maintained none were out of order. There is an area for kids and they had a movie on for them. There is a couple tables to sit down for when you are waiting for your clothes and a couple TVs around so you don't get too bored. Definitely going to go back! read more

It has TV's, chairs, folding stations, carts, soda vending machine, toy vending machines for the little ones, a laundry vending machine (soap, bags, dyer sheets, etc.), and trash cans. HOWEVER, the washers are hella expensive and you have to pay to use the bathroom which is AWFUL because I'm sittIng here getting my laundry done having to use the restroom and I can't! read more

Great place to wash! Clean fresh TVs internet no cash handling all on cards. I've been going to the one on magnolia and Pacific now I come to the one one ball after Gilbert. Restroom are cleans sinks work front and back access. There's always an attendant on site. I recommend to wash here but it can get really busy. read more

This place is super nice all of the equipment is newer and they keep the location super clean. The process to get money onto the pay card is super easy. I really do recommend this place! Only slight down side I saw was the machines. The first time you use your pay card it's, at least to me, a little confusing to get the machines running but that's my only issue. read more
