HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable. read more

We have been to many different locations that offer these services and find that they're either outrageously priced or not great at the work they do. This is absolutely not the case at Ritz Cleaners. Pricing is fair and they communicate clearly when the clothes will be ready. We drop off clothes regularly and they are returned quickly and are well-taken care of. The owner and the workers are all very kind and handle business-they get you in and out quickly but never make you feel dismissed. Parking lot can be a little crowded at times but they usually always have one open parking spot right outside their door! Be careful exiting onto Euclid when leaving, always a lot of traffic! read more

Received the final hemmed item on time and looks cleanly done. Total for hemming for 2x pants came out to approx. $28 which is fair value imo. I am beyond disappointed at the service that I received. I saved up some money and purchased myself a really nice coat from Nordstrom Rack. Now it is ruined. The coat said "dry clean only" so I took it here after reading some of the reviews. Two days later, it was ready to be picked up. After I brought home my coat, I lifted the plastic to take a closer look. The first thing I noticed was two out of my four buttons were barely hanging on with some strings clearly detached from behind. Now I'm gonna have to go find someone to reattach my buttons. Second, those two buttons were severely scratched. Third I looked down and saw that the handle on my zipper was also scratched. See my photos for reference. At my previous dry cleaners, they would wrap these buttons prior to being cleaned in order to protect them from exactly what happened to the buttons on my coat. They clearly did not take extra care of my coat. Now it looks so old and used while in fact I have never worn this coat before. I am beyond sad and will never come back to get any of my services done here. read more

I got a good quote from here to get fitted for a dress that I had received from Stitch Fix, but the straps were a little too long. I decided to stop by and this place is located in a small strip mall. The tailor was very nice. The fitting room was a little small and makeshift, but it worked out. We were able to work out exactly how I wanted the dress to fit. The straps would be a bit higher and they would also pinch in the sleeve opening as well. I got the perfect date for my dress to be ready. My boyfriend was able to pick up the dress for me because I was unable to. It ended up fitting perfectly and I wore it to a dinner date. It only cost around $35, which felt like a reasonable price. I would totally use their services again if we still lived in the area. read more

I brought in my Bape hoodie to be dry cleaned at this place I came across called The Ritz. The pricing was decent, the service was done in 3 days. I dropped it off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. When I arrived excited to pick it up, I immediately noticed how faded the colors were, especially along the zipper line (Keep in mind this is my first time having this dry cleaned) and was immediately unsatisfied with the work. At least the threads weren't an issue. This is a $250+ hoodie and I ended up paying $7 to have it ruined on the first dry clean. The guy who was working there tried to give me an explanation as to why it came out that way and even offered to "re dry clean it" but that's obviously not going to bring the color back plus the explanation he gave me didn't really add up and I'm sure not all Bape hoodies come out this way when dry cleaned although he said it was common. In result he ended up refunding me my $7. That didn't revive my sweater or resolve the discoloration issue but at least he honored that. I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm definitely not going back. This is just a glimpse of my personal experience and decision, I'm sure not all work is done so poorly. The owner was super easy to talk to when I went there for a quote and the prices are very very affordable, I was actually surprised how much they quote me for for the thick vest and jacket that I have. They allow for pick ups 2 days after drop off and everything looks super clean and there is no way I would be able to clean them so they look like that myself. I just graduated and unfortunately got spray tan on the sides of my dress. I contacted them prior to dropping off my dress and asked if they could help remove the stains. They reassured me that they would do their best. I also gave them my the date I needed the item back by. I went the next day to drop it off and the guy at the front was very friendly. He had me point out where the stains were and he got my dress ready. He told me they would try their best to get it out and I could pick it up the next day after 2pm. I went the next day and it was ready! The dress looked brand new! The stains were all out and the quality of the dress was still intact! They did an amazing job and I will definitely be back! Located in a small parking lot but can easily find parking. I've gone here a few times this year already just because I needed to either dry clean my bridesmaids dresses, hubby's suits, or get one of my dresses altered. My fiance brought in my dress to get the zipper fixed that had gotten caught in the fabric. It was an expensive dress with a hidden zipper on the back. When we got the dress back, the zipper was fixed but it was just a standard zipper so it was clearly visible and no longer a hidden zipper. We were short on time so we couldnt make further changes. Been coming to Ritz ever since my place on Lincoln closed and they do great work. The people who work here are friendly and the clothes are always as promised. I think the area is in transition so there are a lot of cars around, but I also think we are parking spoiled in OC, so I'm not too worried about it. Paid $200 per wedding dress for cleaning - price is decent. One dress was ripped so needed to be fixed by their tailor for $25. On 11/17/25 Monday I arrived to pick up dresses. The dress stitching was terrible- the area they fixed had a bubble effect and altered the design of the dress. The dress had parallel lines of glitter/sequins and the tailor combined two of the lines so they were no longer parallel. After pointing out that the dress alternation was not well done, I was told it would be done LATEST by 11/25/25 Tuesday. I called 3x on Tuesday to see if the dress was ready for pick up, but no one answered the phone. I drove an hour in traffic on 11/25/25 at around 4:30pm and the dress was at the tailors and not ready. They should have called me to tell me that dress would not be ready on the expected date. Poor customer service. Time is money. Both dresses had loose stitching and ruined embroidery. I would not recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning or tailoring. read more

I needed some dress clothes cleaned for the coming weekend so decided to give this place a try. The Ritz Cleaners is located right off of Euclid in a strip mall area. The street can get busy, but the parking lot was not, at around 3 pm, when I went to both drop off and pick up. The gentleman that helped me was Alex, and was super friendly. I had 2 dress shirts, 2 vests, 2 pairs of slacks, and a suit jacket that needed cleaning. The one day turnaround was surprising as I didn't think it'd be ready that fast. I did try to call to let them know I couldn't retrieve it the day of but kept getting a busy signal so was slightly worried after seeing a review of lost clothing. BUT glad to say there was no problem retrieving my clothes. Everything was cleaned perfectly with no damage. Will definitely come back when I have more I need cleaned. read more

Unsure how to feel. Left a jacket to have the zipper replaced and it came out not so great, zipper was misaligned and so the snap buttons didn't close properly. Also whoever worked on it didn't bother cleaning up their stitching which was quite disappointing to see, not to mention the already long wait time. Considered returning to have it adjusted but the prospect of having to wait another week just for it to come back possibly even worse than before was not so appealing. Also found out that the alterations done here are outsourced and not done in house which was also disappointing to see. Only positive I can say is the customer service is pretty alright, may return for some other work but after this experience, I'm not so sure. read more
