Tim did my nails and let me tell you... he did an awesome job! I opted for a gel mani since it's been literal years since I've gotten acrylic. He worked very quickly, but he was focused. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. My manicurist was Steve. His job was okay. The sizes on some nails were uneven. The shape needed more sanding. But I liked the colors and design and walked away satisfied. The pedicure was good. I brought my own color for that one. Total in all was around $68 not including the tip. I returned 2 weeks later for a fill, trim, and color change. Ha was my manicurist and she did a fabulous job. She trimmed it how I wanted. She fixed the shape. And she cleaned them up really good. What I loved the best was she took her time to make sure they looked right. I was more than happy with her service. Total in all was around $28 not including tip. This place gets 4 stars based on prices, and redemption. Thanks Ha! read more

This review is based on two visits. I came here both times for pedicures. I had never had a pedicure prior to coming here and I am constantly walking around the house barefoot and outside with sandals so I definitely have callus build-up. On my first visit a gal helped me out (don't know here name) and she did a fair job considering how bad my feet are. I got a package that cost $27. She did get some of the callus off but I knew that I would need another visit. I came for my second visit and picked the Royal pedicure which cost $32. Kelly helped me out this time. She worked hard to remove as much callus as possible without hurting me. She did a great job and will definitely ask for her again. Overall there is a good value here considering how much time I spent her but it was time and money well spent. Four stars! read more

The younger gentleman who gave me a pedicure did a great job! He did a great job cleaning up cuticles and didn't cut me! Also got a gel mani by a younger woman with glasses and short hair. ( I never get my technicians names ‍) she did a great job at cleaning up cuticles as well! I love the color I chose but for some reason gel never sits well with my nails. There is always a few bubbles or smudges by the time I leave :( For $42 - I'll definitely be back! Let's just see how long the gel lasts!! read more

I called 5 minutes ago. The gentleman on the phone said to come in to get a manicure. I told him I was 3 minutes away. This places closes in 1hr, 10 minutes. I walk in and right away, I'm told, "we're busy. There's literally no one in the waiting area. This simple manicure doesn't take over 1 hour. No I do not recommend. No I will never be coming back where the customer service is horrendous. There's nail salons at every corner; taking my money elsewhere. read more

They allowed my walk-in on a busy Saturday and my expectations were exceeded for a gel manicure. They took care of my nails, cuticles and massaged my arms and hands all for $25. Amazing service worth the wait. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon ever. They sadly embody the stereotypes. We called in for an appointment. The lady told us you come at 630pm. We came on time and still wasn't helped at 645pm. When asked, they said it would be just a few minutes, which was what they said to begin with! When we were finally seen, the bigger older lady made my thumb a bit crooked. So I politely asked her to fix it, in which she replied by saying it could be fixed later. So, I responded ok. From that point on, it was a series of shit talking in Vietnamese. It's literally the first place I've ever experienced people shit talk and that's saying a lot! Little did she know that I understood EVERY SINGLE WORD. Not only did she say things about me, she made comments about a BLACK lady that was helped earlier that day. It went on and on until my nails were finished. Needless to say, she received zero tip! I should've punched her in the mouth but I have more class than lowly, impolite losers! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Went to get my nails done they did a great job!! But as I tried taking them off( I used acetone to remove my nails) usually they come right off never melt. Well here in Cali nails the nails melt and becomes like gum it's due to MMA which is an illegal substance here in the US. They used MMA, which is bad and harmful for the nails!!! I have a lot to say, some good & bad.. most of my family has been coming here for years (grandparents, mom, and myself).. for the price, you get a lot.. I usually get mani & pedi and I keep coming back bc I love the scrub, mint gel, hot towels, and massage as part of the experience.. they even massage your hand and arms with manis.. but today, I had an issue.. my mom and I went for manis & pedis... I had just been in a few weeks ago and got a color that I really loved.. I usually get gel on my hands and reg polish on my toes and there's never a problem.. the color was fine, no variation and lasted a few weeks (like normal).. but today the colors looked different and when i told her she said it was just the light but when I got home I realized that the color on my toes looked completely different and was purple instead of the pink I had on my hands.. I debated on going back bc I did't want to be "that person" (the difficult customer that's hard to please) but after thinking about it for 30min I decided that since it was something that I was paying for that I should let them know and give them a chance to make it right before deciding not to go back.. upon arriving the first person walked outside with me to check the color in the sun and immediately said she could see what I was talking about and they would get it fixed.. when we got back inside a younger girl came over and told me that they could do gel for $12 but it was the manufacturer and the polish is going to look different.. she never looked at my nails to see the problem or anything.. i kept tried to tell her that I had just been in a few weeks ago and got the same color and there was not a problem and it looked the same so it didnt understand what was happening now.. she was extremely rude the whole time and kept pushing the gel polish.. eventually, I ended up paying more for French tip bc at that point they couldn't match my gel mani to my pedi.. the whole time they were talking about me bc they kept saying "polish" and the lady who helped me continued to be super rude to me the entire time..
