This wasn't a simple service call--they replaced two toilets, installed a new kitchen faucet and water pressure regulator, and did significant work on our shower, including replacing the shower valve and plumbing behind the wall. What stood out to me most was how accommodating, friendly, and patient everyone was. Home repairs can be stressful, and I tend to ask a lot of questions when I'm dealing with something I don't know much about. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or made to feel like I was being difficult. They listened to my concerns, worked with me when I wanted to explore different options, and genuinely seemed to want us to be happy with the final result. Everyone who came into our home was polite, friendly, and respectful, and they really put me at ease. This was a multi-step project, and there were a few things along the way that needed additional discussion or adjustment. What I appreciated was that they remained responsive and accommodating and worked with us until we were happy with the result. I was especially pleased with the final shower repair. They replaced the shower valve, replaced the existing plastic riser with copper, and added proper support for the plumbing behind the wall.
