Roy's Plumbing did a great job fixing the low water pressure issue for my bathroom. Roy sent Ruben right away to inspect and diagnose the cause, and provided me two ways to install a new valve. His price is very reasonable. He explained why one way is $200 more expensive than the other. I chose the expensive option as I wanted to keep the orignal look of the bathroom. Ruben came and replaced the valve, the water power is much better. After the job was completed, Roy told me that as the job was less complicated than they initially expected, so he gave me $200 more discount on top of the new customer discount.
