He explained why one way is $200 more expensive than the other. I chose the expensive option as I wanted to keep the orignal look of the bathroom. There's not enough I CAN say about Roy!! Let's start with honest. In an industry where companies consistently upsell and overcharge, Roy knew exactly what our issue was before he even set foot inside. My dad has a very old 1950s track home and the main toilet had stopped working right before Thanksgiving. I won't get too graphic but it was like having a portapotty inside for several months. Nothing worked - no draino, no snaking the line. I had called several plumbers and Roy was the only one who kept the appointment.
