Are these reviews all purchased? I really don't understand how they are in business. I asked for an estimate for work back in mid Feb and they said they would end someone out that day. Then they ask if I needed an estimate (yeah, we already had that conversation?). Later I ask if they visited because I don't hear back and didn't get estimate. They said yes, and will send me an estimate. 3 days later no estimate I ask again. Luis says he is going to check his office. Two weeks go by no estimate and I ask again, today. They said oh you didn't get it? Do you still want it? Wow. No thanks. read more

My oven gas pipe and valve were red tagged by SoCal Gas. Luis was quick to respond to my request and gave me an estimate within a couple days. I got multiple estimates and their estimate seems more accurate than some of the other companies. Luis explained the work that was going to be and communicated times frames accurately for arrivals. The technician that came to do the work also communicate clearly what he was doing and was fast and professional. SoCal Gas said it looked like they did a great job. These guys are the absolute best!!! We were having issues with outdoor storm drains being backed up. Luis sent his guys to hydrojet our drains the day after we spoke, and they managed to take out all of the debris and junk causing the backup. From the begining communication was easy and clear. Personnel was dispatched promptly. After the issue was identified they tried to find the replacement part at a nearby hardware store with no luck. The next day the part was installed after acquiring it from another store. In addition, they noticed that the bathroom shower needed some culking which they added.
