They finished the project within a day. We plan to use them again for a future project. As one ages, it becomes more important to find the right person for the job and to establish a relationship with that person in case you need him/her for a future project. This holds true for any type of service technician...be it a plumber, electrician, hvac tech, appliance repair tech, etc. You want to have a go-to person. Edgar is our go-to for drainage and concrete issues/projects. We had another quote from a different company that was relatively cheaper. We opted for Edgar because we felt comfortable with his knowledge and skills from our consultation with him, that he will provide the proper solution(s) to our needs.
