Buyer beware - shop at your own risk! Seller is not accountable for the quality of their products they sell.
Imagine going to Best Buy or Target and purchasing a TV. You go home, it turns on then immediately becomes inoperable. You go back to the store to inform them that their supplier has given them a defective product therefore putting their own reputation at risk, and instead of doing the right thing Best Buy or Target says not their problem. They didn't make the device and all sales are final. It is now your responsibility to figure out how the supplier is going to make it right for you. Why doesn't Target or Best Buy do something as ridiculous as this? Because they understand how business works and that word of mouth and bad business principles will get you out you out of business.
This was my experience here with Cali Smoke Shop. Went in and gladly spent $300 on a HuniBadger device which was sold and advertised as being one of the best devices on the market. Still haven't even been able to use it one time. I returned to the shop to inform them of this. I had already contacted Huni Badger directly who was more than willing to fix the device, therefore given the business relationship between manufacturer and supplier that these two businesses have this should be a no brainer business 101 sort of situation. To my surprise I was politely told that this isn't really their problem and there is not a damn thing in the world they could do. I'm just the sucker that bought a defective product they sold and Cali Smoke Shop holds no accountability or responsibility to their customers. They could easily fix this, they have chosen not to. Exchanging the device or store credit was all I was asking. The defective device could be returned to the manufacturer just like how millions of transactions are done in this country on a daily basis. Still, Cali Smoke Shop has decided to make a fool out of me for choosing them to give my money to.
Here are links to the manufacturers of the products they sell. If they feel it is appropriate to conduct business this way you might as well shop online, cut out the middle man with a 40% mark up and go right on about your day.

You will find a much better selection, deal, and knowledge service online. I advise that you avoid doing business here which is unfortunate as I typically am adamant about supporting local business.

Took my defective device and my business elsewhere. Just went to Mile High Smoke Shop on Cedar and Herndon. We all had a pretty good laugh at my expense when I told them about how Cali Smoke Shop does business. Walked out with a Puffco Peak Pro and a guarantee that they would absolutely resolve any issues with a defective product up to 48 hours after the sale which is reasonable. Have no choice but to recommend Mile High Smoke shop which is about 2 miles down the road. read more
