I showed the vape to the owner and asked him if there was a trick to filling this thing, after he tried cleaning it out and realizing it isn't working properly he opened a new one and gave it to me, I love this vape now hasn't backed up on me or leaked at all. I'm so thankful he took the time to look and listen to me because I spent roughly about $100 initially for something that I didn't even realize wasn't working the way it was supposed to. He also stated that if I ever need help changing or cleaning the coils he would be more than happy to help in the future which I thought was also very amazing!
