It was much appreciated. It is very hard to find someone honest and kind in this world anymore, but the owner is both if those plus a lot more. I will definitely return.

When I drove towards the cement horizontal things I heard the tiny sound of my front bumper making contact. Of course when I inched backwards, the bumper was scraped and badly scarred. I knew eventually I'd be going back to Gerber Collision & Glass on Metro Parkway (Fort Myers FL.) for an estimate and costly repair, paint etc. QUALITY: I'm a repeat customer and knew the work would be really top notch. When I drove in on time, Monday at 9:30, Nicole met me (we had done the estimate and evaluation the Thursday before). She is very bright, professional, and handled the entire process. I had asked to please have the car finished by the end of the day Wednesday that week. To my surprise, she called Tuesday afternoon telling me to pick up the car at 2:00 - at least 24 hours sooner than expected. The job was perfect, color match of the Lexus Atomic Silver was excellent. VALUE: Although the cost was very high, it's hard to put a price on the excellent work. Apparently, this Lexus has some radar monitor in the front end which needed an outside person to do a calibration. I blame myself entirely for this necessary repair and will never go to that Publix parking lot where those curbs are present. The car has a rather low to the ground profile to begin with. SUMMARY: Highly recommended. TIP: If you ask nicely you'll be given the Military discount. And big thanks to Nicole!

They could not give me a definite answer as to why the car was making a noise, but offered to do a front alignment to fix the problem for our of pocket cost , I agreed. Then not even 2 hours I get a call it did not need that to them the sound was a much much more costly problem about $3000. and in THERE opinion it is just the wear of the car not due to the damage caused by the accident.
