So a plan was agreed upon and we got a rental car and left the truck. They drove up to get a rental car He was very conscious about throwing money at my truck We were towing a trailer so when the time came to pickup the truck a major rain storm was going to hit about the same time. They when in the back lot and hooked up the trailer to the truck. That saved me a miserable drive home. William and the rest of the folks are great people. Long story short with my situation was long distance traveling, broke down on a Sunday near this area traveling through the state, had my vehicle towed to another location that was closed, had to leave it there overnight and contacted these folks first thing the next morning from 4 hours away (continued on to our destination via rental car). Not only were they accommodating via the telephone, they went and picked up my truck from the other location, diagnosed it and actually fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost. I had already assumed that my vehicle was going to require extensive work and time to complete it which is why we continued on to our vacation destination but it turns out that it was just a bad injector. Although I was out the added expense on top of my vacation spending it was minimal at best all things considered. They even allowed me to keep my vehicle on their lot for several days prior to pick up. For an out-of-towner I couldn't be happier with the service I received and quick turn around. Vehicle runs like new again and had no issues on my 1200 mile trip back home. I would easily recommend this place to anyone for diesel engine work. Thanks again.

The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK. Long story short, I somehow lost my keys and spent 2 hours walking up and down the road with my dog Nikos, who was traveling to Florida with me. Not only did they offer me water and Gatorade, but also extended the offer to my dog. Since it was super hot and 1pm, I asked could I leave my dog in the air conditioned office while I continued to walk up and down the road for my keys, to which he quickly responded "sure!".
