I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. Please fire the ac tech, ac tech was too lazy to switch out compressor or too incompetent and…read moreblamed it on an electrical issue saying compressor won't even engage... maybe it's because you never refilled it with Freon or even bothered to check (electrical was just fine). All I asked was to switch out compressor and was told that's not the problem and I'd have to rip open the dash to get all electrical components. Turns out I switched compressor myself and it blows colder then ever. Embarrassing...
