Terrible car wash. Paid $25 for the best wash and bugs were all over the truck afterwards. They no longer have the hand brushes for prep so this wash is TERRIBLE. Only car wash in Fort Worth that doesn't have prep brushes. Avoid Q Wash Benbrook! read more

Amazing place to get your car washed! The staff has been polite and professional!!

If you've ever wanted to be treated like a rock star, this is the place to come! I bought a new car last year and thought that I'd sign up for the monthly deal and see how it went. The machine and the chemicals are so gentle, and my car is always so sparkling clean. The staff also makes sure the bugs are always completely cleaned off my car, and have given me a disposable cloth occasionally when I forgot to bring mine. Every time I stop by to get my car washed, they call me by name and act genuinely interested in my day. When I broke my arm, one of their staff offered to vacuum my car and wipe it dry! I LOVE them! I highly recommend Speed Wash in Benbrook...they're an excellent value, have good people, retain the same staff, and truly appreciate their customers - and because everyone likes to be treated like royalty! There are quite a few of these type washes closer to me, but none are near as good as this one. Quality wash, good prep, super easy with the monthly deal but not even hard if you choose a different wash each visit. Comes with a three day rain guarantee! Truck looks fantastic and that's off the 5 dollar wash, I can only imagine what a better wash could do. Turns out the real high point here is the service and the vacuums, nice friendly people working here to ensure smooth, quality visit. If you have kids, your car is probably worse inside than out like mine, these vacuums are the best I have found within a hundred miles. Suction like you wouldn't believe, close trash cans for quick disposal, and no time out when your almost done. Truly worth a visit, we will be traveling out of our way just to drop by here for washes from now on! read more

On Thursday, Oct 6, 2022 I went through the Q Car Wash in Benbrook, TX and when I was drying off the car after the wash I saw scratches on the left side of my car that had a definite pattern to the brush that went down the left side of my car. I found the shift manager, who did an incident report on taking pictures of the scratches. He told me he would submit this report and that his general manager would contact me by the end of the weekend. No one ever contacted me. I came back the following week and the same shift manager was in and I inquired about the incident and that no one contacted me. Sam was very polite and said he would contact his GM that day and he would get with me. The shift mgr. called me back about 25 minutes later and he said that his GM told him to deny any responsibility for the scratches caused by the brushes for the reason that no one before me or behind me made any complaint. I cannot explain why the person before me or behind me did not report anything. Maybe they do not wipe down their car and pay attention to such things but I do. I will not do business with any company that is so insensitive and inconsiderate of others. read more

This would be my favorite car wash in the area, but they are constantly trying to upsell you on their package deal. I even complained to the shift manager and he said,"well that's our right to keep trying to upsell you". Any day you go there's going to be someone that is standing where you pay. Then today there was another guy that was floating around where you vacuum your car. Shouldn't one "no" be sufficient? I'm already purchasing the service, but enough is enough!! read more

My husband and I took my car through the wash last year and were offered a $25.00 pass to use for ONE MONTH. Recently I realized the car wash has been debiting out of my account $25.00 as a "reoccurring charge." I called to inquire about the charges and was told "the reoccurring charge is written at the bottom of the receipt". It would have been nice if this "deal" would have been explained to us instead of just small print on the bottom of a small slip of paper. Beware as this turned out to be the most expensive car wash I have ever had! read more

Great new drive through car wash! So glad they have opened. Only wish they had someone to wipe down the outside. They said they will start supplying towels for wipe down soon. Lucky I had my own today when I noticed the Free Car Wash sign. This must be the soft opening try out. Was very pleased with how clean and shiny the exterior gets. Will be back often! read more

The employees at this was car wash is very pleasant, professional but most all very helpful I had vacuum my car after a wash when I accidentally vacuum my necklace charm that my husband brought me, I advice Angela of this she was very helpful and sure me that they would look for it and call me if they found it and sure enough that same evening she called to tell me they found it. Was not impressed with the quality of the wash. No service from anyone. Most places remove the radio antenna for you....not this place. Signs say that it will dry spot free but I still have spots on my windows. Finding dirt streaks on my truck, the vacuum heads need to be wider. Will not be back. I paid for the managers special but no one was there to shine the tires. read more

Very nice facility that is cleaned and maintained. I appreciate the employees that scrub the back and spray bug cleaner on the front before the vehicle enters the wash. They always make sure you're getting a great wash job. I also love the monthly wash pass. It's very fast and ensures my car is looking it's best every month. Update: This car wash is no longer the great value it once was. All the wash plans have gone up in prices, while providing fewer amenities per dollar spent. The previous $3 wash is gone. Replaced with a $5 wash as the basic wash. Their old $7 wash would include: tire shine, wheel cleaner, and triple polish. Now you must pay $12 to receive the same level of extras. Their unlimited monthly wash passes have gone up as well. $18 went up to $20 while the $30 package remained the same. Now the $20 monthly pass does not receive the extras that it had at $18! You're crazy to splurge for the $30 when you can get a full-service car wash (unlimited) for $30 a month at Brite Zone car wash. Or you could purchase a $10 unlimited exterior plan at Quick N Clean car wash! Both of these car washes are located in the same area as Q-Speed Wash. It pays to research the better options. read more

Went to this car wash yesterday. What a waste of money and time. When I pulled up the attendant asked me what kind of wash I wanted. I explained I had been bombed by birds on the hood and wanted to make sure it was removed. He assured me the $8.00 would take care of the problem. He said the next attendant would spray the vehicle down with solution prior to wash. Once again I told the next attendant my problem so he proceeded to spray one side of vehicle as I am already rolling in. Needless to say the bird crap is still on the vehicle. I pulled back around and the two guys confer together across the drive. They then come up and tell me to bad, so sad. What you needed was a better more expensive wash. I was asked if they would wash again and was told NO to just back out and leave! SHAME ON YOU!!! read more

72 hour rain check is a bunch of bull. You spend $12.00 for a car wash and then it rains the next day so you go back for the rain check and guess what you only get a $3.00 car wash. So you hook up for the $3.00 car wash and the whole system shuts down and you are hung in the system for 10-15 minutes. Good attendant but they did not give him proper credentials to get the system back up and running ( 10:30 in the morning and manager has gone to lunch ) so again hung up and no way to get out frontwards or backwards. read more

I had my car washed on November 3, 2014 at Q Speedwash as it had just opened and I wanted to give them a shot. As my car went through the automated car wash I noticed that my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light went on my dashboard. As my car wash was finishing, the staff came to the exit to tell my that my tire was flat. As i eased out of the car wash and exited my vehicle, it was evident that the tire was flat. Upon inspection I noticed that during the car wash, my valve stem wash sheared off. I immediately opened my trunk and pulled my spare tire and jack out. I had no less than four car wash staff standing there gawking and talking, and despite the fact that they were all saying that somehow the automated system had sheared off my tire valve- NO ONE offered to help me change my tire. In the midst of my frustration with my car jacked up and all of my lug nuts off right at the opening to the car wash exit- a man came to see if I needed help and I laid into him thinking he worked there. Unfortunately, I found out that he was another customer who saw all of these a-holes standing there and talking like they were looking at a wreck on the interstate. I thanked the man but told him I could take care of it. I had to go inside the office and ask how to resolve the issue- and after 30 minutes I had filled out an "incident report" and was given a card for Lonnie Folsom- which states "Operations Director" for Q Speedwash and was told he would contact me within the week. I waited a week and hadn't heard from Lonnie, so I called him. He seemed like a decent guy on the phone and told me to get it fixed and that they would submit it to insurance. I went to the local dealer and had it fixed, and was shocked when the bill was $150. I called Lonnie and told him that I had the bill and I sent a copy to him. He said it would take 2-4 weeks to get it processed. I waited 4 weeks and hadn't heard a thing from anyone at Q Speedwash or received my reimbursement, so I called Lonnie again. He told me the check was "in the mail" so I waited another 3 days- and still nothing. I called Lonnie around December 15 again and told him what was going on. He told me that he had submitted a claim and that he would have them send me another check. It is now January 3, 2015 and I tried to call Lonnie to tell him that I hadn't received my check yet- but it went straight to voicemail. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH if you want them to be responsible for anything. I have been to the car wash just east of Q Speedwash many times before and since- and I have always had great service and no problems at all. read more

I went to get my car washed yesterday and it looked great afterwards except that I still had a bunch of bug mess on the front of my car. As I was cleaning the interior with the vacuums, I approached a worker named Pete about front of my car not being clean. I asked how to prevent this from happening every time and he said to always ask before your car goes through for extra bug spray in the areas you know are bad. He was so nice that after he saw me scrubbing it off myself, he came out with a sponge and cleaner to take care of it. Thank you Pete for caring! read more

The car wash smells like raw sewage, One of the there employees seems to be on some kind of narcotics, it ripped off my windshield wiper and side mirror. When I inquired about compensation the Manager on Duty named Danny yelled and screamed in my Face... it never shines my tires although i paid for that service!!! I will never come back to this car wash or any of there locations... The professionalism and Integrity of this company is in Dire need of of a huge mirror so they can look at there wash that does nothing but damage vehicles and The quality of the company is below standards........ read more

TERRIBLE management customer service! My boyfriend and I went trough the car wash with no damage to his truck and come out with damage. All that's being offered is a gift card to the car wash in place of a $500 fix his truck needs from the damage and that from higher management! I do not recommend this place!!!!!! read more

new one on 183 is much better than Benbrook, the water just flys off the washed car with the most powerful blowers. shame Benbrook location does not have those. heard that Benbrook city staff did not want the more powerful blowers in. But at least the new one has those blowers. read more
