If you don't like something or you want your old parts back so you make sure they actually done what they say. The painter in the shop Matt's son will fly off the handle and start cussing at you screaming at the top of his lungs calling you every name in the book He will even tell you if you want the old part dig in the dumpster and get them. Way unprofessional and way over the top. Matt will lie to you any chance he gets. if he tells you the parts are inn, well their not and when he tells you your car will be done in 4 to 5 days plan for 2, 7 day weeks. If your car needs a new headlight then they have to wait til it comes in before they paint and everyone knows you don't paint the headlights.They only paint the cars if you're going to pick it up within 2 or 3 hours he doesn't believe in painting and letting it cure a little before you take it. Apparently he doesn't think paint needs to cure..it's been nothing but ignorance, lies,unprofessional behavior ,and the arrogance is overwhelming.. o ya and they think they are the only paint shop in idaho so they can treat the customers like dirt.. beware of this company you will be better off passing them by..

It was close, so I asked what it would cost so I could cover the difference. They told me they wouldn't recommend that. In other words, "we don't want to deal with it." So I said fine and took it to Ermal's. Their estimate was more than $4,000 less than Majestic and I'm back on the road! I got the feeling Majestic just didn't want to deal with the damage on my truck.

WOW! We had a major collision that took about a month between insurance, waiting on parts and…read morerepair work to be completed. The work was great and our van in the affected areas were as good as new. Unfortunately, upon pick up a minor issue was found and I addressed it with Matt. He immediately investigated it and ordered the part and told me it would only take about 20-30 minutes when the part arrived. The part arrived fairly quickly but it took a few weeks for us to have time to get it back in. During this time two additionally issues were discovered. Today my wife brought the van in and mentioned the additional issues. Majestic took full ownership of all the items on our list and informed my wife it would be longer than expected and gave her and our son a ride home. Our van was just now DELIVERED to our house with all the issues resolved. Although the 3 issues were unfortunate they took the steps to quickly take care of them at our convenience and provided EXCELENT customer service.
