I Googled for body shops in Hanford, and called three of them and none of them could take my car before sometime in July. I needed my car back, so that didn't work. Then I posted a message on Yelp and this company responded almost immediately and they could take my car right away. No one else on Yelp even responded. Since the insurance company was taking a long time to get back to me, I told them to just repair the car so it was drivable and I would pay for it out of my pocket, and deal with the insurance company for getting reimbursed. They had my car ready by June 9 which was just a little over a week and the cost was very very reasonable. I had questions because I have not had an accident like this and the young man in the office was really friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

So I took my wife's vehicle to Robert's Collision to fix the front end. They did a good job and we…read moredid a walk around and everything was good. Fast forward a couple of years and now her bumper sags a little bit. So I took it back and figured it's under warranty. Only thing was that I didn't didn't have the paperwork they gave me to show them it's covered under warranty. I took my other vehicle to Caliber Collision and one thing that stood out from their service was that they told me I could bring it back if anything happens because it's under warranty. So I asked if I had to bring paper work for that. They told me I didn't have to since they have it all on their computer system. All I would suggest is to shop around before you bring it here because it is costly work. They are old school and didn't really even try to help out and were real vague with their responses.
