I got in a fender bender and my insurance company required me to get an estimate from one of their verified shops even if I ultimately chose to go with a different one of my choice. They asked me to go to Caliber for this estimate. I will say honestly that when I took my car in, I didn't really intend to go with Caliber for the repairs. I was just checking the box for my insurance company. But I found their team to be so easy to work with and so good at customer service that I just gave them the go-ahead to do the repair. Joe was the representative I worked with, and I have nothing but positive things to say. He was very nice, and he took his time walking me through the damage to my car, what would need to be done, etc. I'm the type of customer that tends to ask a TON of questions. Joe answered every question I asked and he frequently called me in response to an emailed question to ensure I had all the information I wanted and didn't have any follow-up questions. He kept me completely updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. When I picked the car up, he took me on a final walk around, explained everything that was done, made sure I was happy and answered all of my final questions. I was very impressed. As for the repairs, my car looks brand new and drives perfectly. When I realized there was going to be paint work, I actually had them add on work to repair a scuff that had happened prior to the accident, which I paid for out of pocket. Their estimate on that repair was comparable and even slightly lower than the one I received from the dealership previously. You can't tell my car was even in an accident and the paint was matched exactly. Also, an honorable mention to Veronica at the front desk, who was a pleasure to work with on scheduling, paperwork, payment, etc. She was awesome enough to call me back when they had a cancellation and moved my repair up by like a week, which was a super pleasant surprise. And, when I picked my car up, she was very diligent to make sure the paperwork was correct, and she triple checked that I was charged the right amount (which was tricky because it was my deductible, the repair the insurance paid for and the repair that I paid out of pocket). I had hail damage on my Silverado and I took it into Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park. All of the staff there is so friendly and helpful. They treat you like you are friends. Since I had to get it fixed while there was the 'Stay Home' order in place, I could not get my insurance to do the estimate. They let Caliber do the estimate. I dropped my truck off and with-in 10 days the estimate and the repairs were done! I love how fast they are too! The repairs look great. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park. If you do not live near that location, that is okay because there are many locations in Minnesota. I bet that all the locations will take good care of you and your vehicle. read more

Here's one of these stories that was quite odd because we're going through an odd time with COVID-19. A story where there could've been silo building and fingers pointing in both directions, none of that actually happened! I drop my Prius off at the dealership in Brooklyn Park and worked with Kevin. He is a very good representative. They had brought my Prius down to the Hopkins/Minnetonka location and worked with Manager Paul to balance out the work equally for their corporation. When the Prius arrived back to Brooklyn Park, they had went out of their way and had the vehicle delivered to my home which was greatly appreciated. An hour or two later I notice but I didn't see at the body shop in Bp there had been some new damage that were scratches around the rear panel. I contacted them and they consulted with the other body shop. They could neither confirm nor deny that it happened at their body shop. They were easy enough to work with, take the vehicle back and repair the scratches along with some other scratches that I knew were on the vehicle before around my gas cover. I would say thank you very much, Manager Paul, Kevin at the BP location and GM Kevin Van Dyke for working with the situation and handling it very professionally. I know it could've been just from transporting the vehicle or it could've been from a possible employee that didn't know how the scratches got there from being at the two different body shops. You handled it extremely professionally and accolades to you all! At the end Kevin and Brian ended up delivering the vehicle back to my home without me even asking to do so. After my fender bender, I called Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park. Abby was the person who answered the phone and take care of getting my appointment. When I received a confusing message from my insurance company about my rental car (Enterprise - right next door), Abby took care of it. When you have an accident and need to get your car repaired, Abby knows her stuff and I was extremely happy that she helped me through this experience. Stephen did the estimate; he was thorough and quick. My car was eventually transferred to one of the Eagan locations, where I worked with Terry - great communicator. I had a great experience with Caliber glass. My car was broken into and I thought I will just quickly replace the glass. Oh no....regulator inside the door was also broken. Caliber was very fast in responding. First technician came and realized part needed to be ordered. He was very good, but didn't get his name. Part ordered, second technician came. He was Greg. Not an easy installment, but calmly, kindly and patiently got the job done. Very polite and quick. Even the phone people were so willing to help and friendly. This happened right before the Labor Day weekend. I will recommend this business anytime. They were above and beyond, even in the time of COVID. Thanks to everyone. read more

I needed body work on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Caliber gave me an estimate and did the work quickly and efficiently. My car was done on time, Kevin kept me informed of the progress, and let me know when it was ready. It looks showroom ready. Great work, great and friendly staff.
