Family owed which means they depend on good, honest work and word of mouth to stay in business. Reviews were good. I am so thankful I decided to go with them. The first work was done on the front end. Turned out great. And this time was even better. For me, they worked with two different insurance companies, they have a relationship with a rental car company that makes it easy on you. They went above and beyond to help me out on a problem that had nothing to do with their work. They truly cared that I left pleased with the work that they had done as well as me having a fully operational vehicle. I don't want to have to need them again, but if I need auto body work done, I will return to them without a doubt. Pleasant and kind.

Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Upon picking up my vehicle I begin to experience shaking in the vehicle. With the work done to a transmission things such as an alignment are common. When i returned to Atlanta, GA I had 2 alignments, tire rotations and new brakes replaced on the vehicle. The shaking of the vehicle still did not end. I began to call around to different AAMCOs in the Atlanta. Needless to say this issue AAMCO and the owner of this location Jon Guckenberger did not want to assume any responsibility for nor did they want to assist in any way shape form or fashion. They are pretty much washing their hands for an issue that began upon them touching my vehicle. The team at Folger were gracious, helpful and polite at all times. First off, after a quick inspection, Enterprise scooped us up in our rental car for the duration of the repair. I know, I know this is part of the insurance company's program not Folger but they made the call for us and handled the bulk of the details. I signed up to receive text updates on the repair. These came often enough to be helpful and infrequent enough I didn't want to type UNSUBSCRIBE. Our car was ready at the exact time and day they promised and check-out took less than five minutes. The best part, is that while we had an external repair the car was cleaned inside from top to bottom.
