When I got my car back, my back seat was BURNED. There is a clear burn hole that was NOT there before I brought my car in. I went straight back to the shop. I showed them PROOF with dated photos that the seat was perfect before. What did they do? They looked at my proof and still LIED to my face, saying "it was already there." Then they REFUSED to fix it, REFUSED to compensate me, and dismissed me like I was stupid. This is dishonest and disrespectful business. You damage a customer's property, you own it and you fix it. That's what a real business does. They broke my trust completely. I have all the photos and evidence. I will be reporting this to corporate and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor - take detailed photos and videos of your ENTIRE car inside and out before you ever leave it here, because if they damage it, they will NOT take responsibility.
