Omg. This place. Please do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere. My 3 day repair job? Turned into over a month. Every few days they would tell me my car will be fixed and ready for pickup, and every time on the day I was supposed to go pick it up, there will be a new reason why it wasn't ready yet. This went on for weeks. With me never knowing from one day to the next if my car would be ready. This with being 8 months pregnant and trying to schedule Drs visit that I repeatedly cancelled when the day would come and my car still wasn't ready. The first few weeks they kept "finding" more extensive damage. Ok. But shouldn't you inspect it thoroughly before hand? Just "getting it painted" took over a week... for two doors. If your busy, say that. If repairs will take a month SAY THAT. They never called or communicated, they were really vague on the work that was being done, and it was the worst experience I have ever had when having car repairs. I should not have to call every few days just to be told it's not ready yet, you knew that yesterday and could have emailed/called/texted. Oh and the BEST part is the contract they have you sign so if the work is taking 5 weeks to complete, you can't just say hey, stop, you'll get paid for the work you've done, but I want it sent somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, The end result was great, if you'll excuse the dirty seats with foot prints on them, the grease smears along the back of my car, and handprints on the windows. But the actual work looked great. Just please you can get great work done, with a much more reliable company, with a better customer service, and more honest employees that keep you up to date on the work being done to your vehicle. There are great shops with great people, this is not one of them. Don was a complete, uninformed, unhelpful nightmare to try to get information from. The damage on my car was bad, it was extensive, but I did not deserve this kind of treatment. No one does. read more

Bright my car in a few months ago for an estimate. Due to some other reasons, I brought it back in to actually be repaired. They confirmed with the insurance company and checked my VIN number again. After I left, a text message was sent starting that my car had been recieved and that they would be sending me additional text messages with updates if my car. The front receptionist was very nice and helpful. I will do an update regarding the repairs of the car once it's finished. I would recommend. read more

I came to get my brake pads and rotors changed and determine whether I'd be returning here for more services. The receptionist told me they don't do brakes that I could go next door to Goodyear. I was really impressed! I just googled them and they had good reviews. They were also recommended by my insurance company. I was visiting family and got hit by a deer. Yes it hit me! So I needed some work done to the side of my car. It was a little tricky to see from the road but thank goodness for GPS. The lady at the desk was very nice and got me checked in right away and contacted Enterprise for me. I had signed up for text alerts and I was sent periodic messages letting me know how things were going. They alerted me right away that it would take a little longer than planned. It actually was ready a day early but I couldn't get there before it closed. When I came to pick up the car they had everything ready. I was quickly checked out and on my way. Everything was done perfectly! I couldn't tell I had work done on my car. I got in and my car had been cleaned. Very nice! Fingers crossed I never have to see them again but if I do I will gladly go back. read more

My accident was on October 14, 2019! I was referred by State Farm Insurance to this company, I never heard of this company before, becoming never had an accident before, sine I have been living in Charlotte for the pass 20years. This IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND..... my car was not examined after they did the bodywork, they got my $500 deductible, gave me my keys. When I call back with a complaint about my car , the Manager Todd, suggested I take it to a dealership (and I did) , tried on several attempts to contact him and to this day he has not return any of my calls and he is avoiding me! So at this point I got a lawyer! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CALIBUR COLLISON...... be ripoff for the Insurance Companies! read more

This place is located near Old Statesville and Harris Blvd. We have used them twice now and have always been highly satisfied with all of the services and repairs. I actually took my car back so that they could hang my new license plate and they did it with a smile on their faces! They returned the Enterprise Rental car too. The whole experience was wonderful considering I had to go because someone slammed my rear end. Would not go anywhere else! read more

State Farm suggested I use caliber collision to repair my sunroof, that had been broken for sometime unknown to me because my truck was parked for weeks, resulting in water damage. When I turned my truck in for service, caliber collision made it clear that they don't do upholstery repair, the State Farm adjuster made it clear that work would have to be subbed. When I call State Farm to complete the claim for the sagging upholstery, they tell me that caliber collision told them that there wasn't any water damage, that rain water coming through my broken sunroof for weeks would not have damaged by headliner.....the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Caliber Collision added cleaning services to their quote.....they had a sagging headliner cleaned and said there was no water damage. State Farm and Caliber Collision are obviously in cahoots with each other, to scam customers. If your insurance company suggests them, go with your own shop. State Farm seeks the cheapest labor when selecting for you. And yes I am switching insurance company. read more

I had my Lexus only 1 week when I was hit in the side by a truck in a parking lot. Needless to say, I was very skeptical as to how it would look after it was repaired, especially matching the paint. I was reassured by Caliber that it would look as good as new. We were updated by text at every step. And, when we picked it up, we were pleasantly surprised, because it did look as good as new. Even my husband, who used to paint vehicles, said they did a great job matching the paint.
