GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Their work is not solid and warranty means nothing. 1. "Corrected" my air bag sensor. This put 3 additional weeks on my repair. My calibration is still wrong. A full gym bag with combat boots doesn't trigger the airbag light to come on. However, I was told it works. (The light signifies passenger airbag is off when child is in seat. So if something in the seat up to approx 65lbs, the light should be on.) I was told it's fine. 2. Second time I came back, (About a week later), I was driving and a screw with washer hit my foot. The manager took 3 minutes with his cellphone flashlight and told me he couldn't find a hole. It's not important and it was probably extra. The third and final time I brought my car back was for a dropped splash panel. My car goes in a garage and normally I can't see under it. When I looked under the car, I noticed multiple fasteners missing. It looked like the cover was tacked in random places. I was told I must have hit something and caused the damage. Minor things could cause them to pop off; that i wouldn't even know i caused the damage. I asked could someone please do a once over. I've had several issues that don't make sense. They didn't even offer to tack up the panel so i could drive away safely. I went to get push fasteners and found panels aren't even attached to the frame or each other. They're shoved together like someone was having issues and said "f it; no one's gonna look." All these panels were messed with to do correct the body work. I would've rather had the cosmetic damage than all the issues i've incurred from their "repairs." GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont fall for the warranty speech upon pick up. Ask for eveything that was touched and taken off. Inspect it yourself. I was treated like a problem, brushed off, and told there's no way that could've been missed in the six weeks of repair. Their warranty is a lie and also doesn't cover rental cars. read more

The worst customer service experience I've ever had! Caliber took 49 days with my car and I got it back in worst condition than I brought it in with! First all I had a push button starter that was removed and now I've got a key! Second the workers took all of my shit in the back of my car! Third my alarm was taken off my car! Crooks! Not good service at all, it's been 30 days (march 2024) since the shop has my vehicle, and the delivery date has been extended twice (pushed to end of April 2024). My rental would not be covered by insurance and looks like the additional rental will be almost equal or more than the copay. With this level of service and in-consideration of the charges that the customer has to go through because of the delays caused by caliber, not sure how any one can recommend the service. Would caliber cover my extra charges for rental which is due to their delay ??? read more

Had my Hyundai repaired there and was completely satisfied. Kept me informed with timely texts as to what was needed for repairs, progress during repairs and when completed and ready for pickup. Used to be Abra (like the pokemon!) but got a name change. We haven't noticed any difference in service. They still guarantee work done under the previous name. They're still friendly. And they're still who we would prefer our cars taken to if we get in any wrecks. I hope we don't have anymore wrecks. But still if we do, I want to go here. This place is pretty awesome! They used to be Abra Autobody but they changed their name. As far as I can tell they haven't changed beyond that. I've always been treated well, the workers are still the same, and the work is guaranteed. My car was recently hit in the rear. Thinking my frame was too damaged to be repaired. They talked me thru the process, dropped my car off about a month after scheduling, they started the repairs. I was extremely worried since I never dropped my car off before at a shop. After about 20 days, I got my car back and she was looking brand new. Everything was nicely put back together, even swapped over my aftermarket bulbs into the new taillight housings. Highly recommend them. Crystal was the lady that I talked to thru the whole thing. First impressions are key. I walked in to talk to someone about having the hood repainted on my brand new car. There were lots of high end cars sitting in the lot being repaired and being picked up. I was met by a young lady who announced across the whole room in front of numerous individuals that estimates are by appointment only and the earliest appointment was in 5 days.
