Not being a local company and thinking merely hosing the car off with a garden hose would solve the problem, they failed to realize the water in our area is extremely hard. The end result was catastrophic for the finish on the car. The hard water etched the black paint severely. Admitting the error, they graciously sent me to Perfect Reflections to have the damage repaired. Upon receiving my car after a few days, I was stunned to see how beautiful it looked. Not only are the staff friendly, accommodating and professional, but those who worked on my car knew what they were doing! From this point forward, any work done on either of our vehicles when it comes to detailing, paint or body work, will be taken nowhere but to Perfect Reflections. Unfortunately for me, my saddlebags were discontinued by Harley-Davidson, and used bags are rare to find. I shopped around several local body shops and luckily Red Rock Collision was enthusiastic when they saw my saddlebag. They also repair RVs among the many vehicles with fiberglass and ABS plastics exteriors, explaining how they would approach the repair. John, the owner and Ian the estimator reassured me the bag was salvageable... in fact they said I'd not be able to detect the repair on the exterior of the bag, but there would be a tiny crack you'd have to strain to see on the interior. The best part of their quote, they would do all the insurance communication! They were true to their commitments. The insurance hassle, gone. The work, the complex repair and the paint, awesome. Amber in the office kept me in the loop, and when I picked up the bag, the repair tech was there to answer all my questions... can't say enough good things about Red Rock Collision; they are pros who do what they say.

Told Dave I was looking for a larger vehicle for my PREGNANT wife. Drove up from the valley, just to find out this car has been smoked in!! They didn't even try to detail the ash and dust off the dash and in the cracks of the interior. Even though the smell was obviously there the salesman Dave and the sales manager continued to try gaslighting me into thinking there was no smell cause they couldn't smell it and the sales manager drove the vehicle for two weeks and couldn't ever smell it....Beyond furious there are no laws on having to disclose this BUT MOST OF ALL shame on the dealer for being okay trying to offload a car onto someone that informed you it's for their pregnant wife and future child. After cancelling the deal and walking away I have still yet to hear from them and cannot even get ahold of them to see what they did with the check my credit union sent them. This is borderline bat and switch tactics from a dealer. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this dealership and all of their shady tactics. I do not understand how someone's morals can be so misaligned.
