I was so unhappy after I rolled over a protruding red rock in the yard here - while getting used to navigating the "like-new" 2016 Lincoln hybrid I had just purchased :( The new Lincoln was much larger than the Honda Del Sol I had been driving for many years.. and its front bumper got caught-up on the red rock.. And then I backed up. OH NO! That rock put a nasty scrape about 2 inches by 3 inches on the lowest part of the front bumper, created a small dent, and screwed up the pearly tri-color white paint! EE-Gads! A bodyshop in Sedona quoted me $1,000 to repair it. Then, most fortunately, a knowledgeable old-time-Sedonite advised me to take the Lincoln down to ABC Body Shop in Cottonwood. I'm so glad I followed his advice and had the repair performed at ABC Body Shop in Cottonwood! They did a super-excellent job! There's no way anyone can tell any damage ever happened--it's 100% perfect again! And the total price I was charged by ABC was less than one third of the quote I had gotten in Sedona! Wow! I was also treated with kindness, friendliness, and care by ABC's service manager - Robbie Allen. I give ABC Body Shop the highest rating - five stars! Although I have lived in the Cottonwood area for over 10 years, I am fairly new to living here itself. When my car was front ended I wasn't familiar with local mechanics and body shops and felt exceedingly cautious. The guy who hit me, his car insurance was recommending one particular place but I had no idea who had integrity. this is the single most important quality I look for with any business but with a mechanic it's vital. After speaking with some people I came in to meet Andre at ABC body shop. I had already heard that he was a really good guy and after he checked out my car we sat down and spoke at length. I instantly felt so relieved. I knew that whatever damage there was from the accident would be found and properly fixed. everyone there is conscientious, caring, thorough and friendly. My experiences with ABC Body Shop have always been positive. The help is responsive and friendly and the work is excellent. I had wrecked my car by going a little too fast on a corner and there was gravel in the street so I ended up in a ditch. I had it towed to ABC and they gave me a quote to fix the damage, which was quite extensive. I okayed the quote but because I didn't go through my insurance company, they tried to save me some money on the repair. The first time around it didn't go so well because there were some issues. But let me say again that the damage was quite extensive, including damage to the sub frame. However, after I drove the and explained my concerns they put it back in the shop for round 2. A few days later I got a call asking me to come look at it and drive it again. This time I was pleased with the results. They didn't charge me any more for the extra work and they made sure I was satisfied. I commend the work that was done and I will always go to them for my body work. read more

I had my Hood, Front Fenders and Roof Repainted in March 2017 at ABC Body Shop. It cost over $3000.00! They did a terrible job! They also had kept my SUV almost a Whole Month (Can you believe that?) The one front fender was not prepaired correctly and had a small 2" bubble in it. Only 6 years later - 2023 - my hood & roof looks as BAD as it did before it was repainted ( and that was VERY Bad! ) I had even scrupulously washed and waxed the SUV all the time trying to keep the paint good. The bubble on the front fender opened up and paint chipped off for a big black hole (approx 8" - 10" in diameter!) AVOID this place at all costs! Better just to go to a MAACO and have the WHOLE car repainted for the price I paid for just the hood/front fenders/roof...I feel like I threw $3000.00 right down the drain... A top notch operation. I've taken my 2001 BMW X5 3.0 to these guys a number of times regarding a variety of issues not even having to do with body work. The management has always listened & indicated sincere interest & concern that the work they do is top notch, consistent, and always meets my expectations.____ Robbie the owner, his son Bob, and all of the staff have also always gone out of their way to make sure they've properly addressed all of my issues. And the few times when I've 'pointed out a couple of things' before I left their shop... they took care of them right away, on the spot. No issues. And, they are very reasonable in terms of pricing. I used ABC Body back in 2005, when I hit a deer on I-17. They did a great job. So, when I was rear-ended at a stop light 10 days ago, I was happy that the other person's insurance company took me back to this shop. The estimate was completed after 2 days, with the insurance payment check attached. The staff is great; friendly and efficient. After 5 days, the work was completed, and I picked my vehicle last night. I am blown away. The back of my SUV is perfect! Beautiful work! To my surprise, the shop washed the SUV and completely detailed the INSIDE of my vehicle! The interior is pristine and smells great! I didn't ask for or expect this. To me, this shows pride in their work and how much they value their customer. I will definitely use ABC again! read more

We had someone hit us from behind so we worked with the other drivers' insurance company and ABC spoke to them on our behalf even when they had to use the manufacturer's parts and not off market as the insurance company pre-estimated. We also had them repair a couple more dents while the car was in the shop not associated with the accident and that looked like new as well! My husband and I were new to the area and when a headlamp went out on the car we stopped back at ABC and they took the 5 minutes to change it for us. Robbie helped us and was very easy to work with. I hope I don't need to use them again but if I did they would have a return customer. read more

ABC Body Shop was recommended by a friend who had them install his running boards on his truck. I bought running boards online thinking I could install them myself, but I couldn't. I went to ABC Body Shop and spoke with Adam and he said they could install them that same day. The price was very reasonable and the work superb! I took my 2000 Toyota Camry with 226,000+ miles to ABC Body shop to paint the hood and trunk due to peeling paint. I've had that Camry since it was 17 miles old and it looked like a piece of junk. .
