This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with. They 'repaired' my car from a car accident…read more The insurance of the other driver sent my car to caliber collision. They had my car a long time and once I got it back and drove it away I could tell the job was done incorrectly. I called them back to tell them that I was bringing it back and asked them if my rental car was still there. She said no it had been returned. I called enterprise and they said it hadnt. And when I got back to calibur my rental car was still sitting there. Why would you lie about something so dumb? Anyways. I told them the car needed to be repaired correctly. And only one night they said what they said when I brought it back to them-There is nothing wrong. THEY GET THE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE THEN THEY DONT FIX EVERYTHING SO THEY POCKET THE MONEY!!!!! My car shakes when I drive it and the bent/pushed back front tire wasnt fixed correctly either. I believe the rim is bent and wasnt replaced and my tires (that needed to be replaced) was filled with that goo fix a flat instead of being replaced. (so they could pocket more $$) The steering wheel pulls so hard to the right. And the more I drive it the worse it gets cause its still DAMAGED!!!!! Not to mention how many texts and emails I have gotten about leaving them a good review. After I told them I am not happy. So here I am leaving you all a review. The manager said that he was going to fill my gas up for the issues but his gas card wasnt working. So he bought me a starbucks card-I dont even drink startbucks ever! Anyways, I called friday and spoke to the same girl that lied to me about my rental car being returned and made an appointment for tueday. Then today, monday I get a call from Jesse the manager, asking me to call and confirm if I can come in tue or wed. WHAT!! I already made an appointment. And I have already brought the car back once to have them fix the same issues Im STILL dealing with. So at this point, I am so done dealing with this horrible company! I will be hiring a lawyer to sue them. And To anyone that wants to be part of what they have done to your car and the stress you have had to deal with because of them--- please message me!!!! And remember STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do horrible halfdone work. Not to mention the marks from the marker they used to highlight the repairs are still visible on my car! What a stressful thing to deal with.

I decided to have my Jag coated to see if it would make a difference in keeping it clean and protecting it- I hate that the weather and road conditions in Colorado make it almost impossible to keep a car clean, between the rain storms sometimes daily in the summers and the snow plus gravel (that they use on some of the roads up in Monument) to the Salt that sticks to my cars during my daily commutes between the springs and denver on I-25! I've had my Jag back on the roads for a week since having it coated and I am amazed at the difference! Not only did Ron at Ceramic Pro make my paint look absolutely New and Beautiful again but it snowed the day after I took it home and then again the next day and my Car still looks Beautiful after driving it on the Colorado roads!! (the pics attached are what it looked like after driving it in a snow storm on muddy, wet and salted roads!) I'm really impressed with the results and would recommend this product and service on any Car- I will for sure be getting Ceramic Pro on my Range and Excursion soon! Also after driving on these winter roads and getting my car really dirty for a week- I took it and sprayed it off and my car is again clean with very little effort and no scrubbing!
