I am glad and fortunate that my insurance company and Caliber were already connected. It made the whole accident reporting and repairs so much easier. After the accident I had a choice of any Caliber location for repairs. I chose one closest to home and it was a great one. Through the insurance company website I made an appointment and dropped the car off to have an estimate of repair cost done. And they were nice enough to give me a ride home. Sweet. Estimate was done right away and insurance company agreed so repairs started right away. Caliber kept me posted of their progress with text messages and after a week gave an estimated date of completion. Which they met even with the very bad winter storm of Jan 2026 with roads closed for snow/ice. Once car was ready they were nice again and picked me up. Final paperwork and close out was short and efficient. As I said to Andy K., service advisor, who took me through entire process and kept me posted; I hope I don't have to see him or any Caliber shop anytime soon or every. Following a self caused incident involving our Lexus RX, i used Yelp to help me locate a car repair location. That took me to Caliber and their online quote application. Filled that out and it was not long before an appointment was set for a few weeks later. Some days past and I got a call from Andy who stated he could get my car repaired ASAP. With an appointment scheduled, I arrived and was promptly greeted by Allen at the front desk. Customer Service Greetings rated a "5". Andy then walked with me to the car carrying with him the paperwork from the original quote. Walked me through the process, took my key, and set upon getting my car repaired. 8 days later the car is back in my garage and the repair price is below the online quote. This place is so focused on the customer experience that I was welcomed to stay. I am so glad and blessed that I was. Ron and his staff went over and beyond to ensure that I had all of my questions answered and I was kept updated at every point until completion. When you call to get an estimate, every location tells you it will be a week or more but they suggest using their online claim service. You will get a response within 24 hours. What a joke it's almost impossible to get a photo of your car because the system doesn't work. Eventually you take one photo and it uses that photo for every one of the require photos around the car. Finally submit the claim. Two days later you get a response this claim is not valid for this service. It was simply to paint the front number of a Ford no body work no special work needed. What a joke stay away from these people. read more

I was recently rear ended and as a single parent I NEED my car. Caliber Collision was able to repair my car on the SAME DAY! Their extended hours allowed me to drop off my car early in the AM before work and pick it up after work without feeling rushed. I was especially impressed by their eagerness to help. Instead of having to Uber to the car rental place, "Diamond Dave" :) drove us to the location himself. When going from car to car the whole team had lend a hand to help me transfer my son's car seat and belongings. Very gentlemanly! Amazing service, honesty and commitment to community. I had a very very small job. Something I knew no one wanted to deal with and they showed it through their outrageous quotes. The job was to paint a new car part that had less than a square foot of area to cover. One place quoted my $350 and Caliber said they normally charge a fraction of that, $60. But here is the really good part... the manager said they are collection donations for a charity that help feed children during the summer and that if I made a donation then they would just take care of it. WOW! What a great attitude and view of the world! This really impressed me and actually inspired me to donate more than the service would have cost. Win-Win-Win. read more

During the last bad windstorm, my antenna was knocked right off the top of my car. The bolt was completely broken in the base. The guys at Caliber let me know that it probably couldn't be repaired, but they went straight outside to check it just in case. It truly couldn't be repaired and I needed an entirely new assembly. They were very honest that the parts they were able to source were very expensive and I might do better on my own. They were right. I found my own used part, walked into the shop with no appointment, and they immediately took the part and my keys from me. I was out of there in 30 minutes with a radio that works again! These guys are fair, honest, and fast. I will definitely be going back next time I need a repair. read more

I was in a bind and needed to get to a memorial in Austin and then all the way home to Florida so I can have the bumper replaced properly. I took my car in this morning for an estimate for a scraped fender/bumper. Sal, the general manager, waited on me. Things couldn't have gone smoother. After looking at the damage, Sal asked if he could take the car around back and try something. After about a 15-20 minute wait, Sal brought the car back and all was fixed. Frisco Express went above and beyond to make things right. Several months ago, I had a bad experience with another location and left with incomplete/poor repairs to my vehicle. The regional manager, Tom Burch, approached me then with the offer to help, but I was reluctant and just wanted to go somewhere else. Life happens, and when I looked into getting all of the repair problems corrected, my insurance estimator called Tom Burch. As he had before, he offered to meet me at any Caliber Collision location, and he would ensure the work was done correctly this time. Let me tell you, there is a reason Frisco Express is the highest rated Caliber Collision in the metroplex. It is AWESOME! I was met by Tom and the production manager, David Howe.
