I had to drop off my Tesla for repair due to accidents, and they did a good job. Al was able to use his expertise to get my vehicle in order. Great customer service from him after the drop off, on the way he handled everything with my insurance company, I didn't have to worry about anything. He took good care of my needs and I'm very grateful for that. The value of my car depreciated which was my instinct after incident but was all covered by insurance. I took my car here for an estimate for paint repair because they are a Tesla approved body shop and seemed to have a great reputation on a Tesla Facebook group I'm in. Well, I received an astronomical quote that honestly made no sense based on the information Tesla gave me. So then I took the car to AutoNation Tesla and they gave a more reasonable quote--at less than half the price Parkwood Collision quoted. During a future conversation with Tesla, I asked them if the price point quoted by Parkwood Collision makes sense and they told me no, and that they were very surprised--that with that amount of money, at Tesla Service, I could get a brand new bumper repainted (instead of just repainting my existing bumper, which was what Parkwood quoted me for). This is not a trustworthy place and I would avoid it. read more

The man who answered their phone said I needed to drive in to get an estimate for a dent in the back of my Tesla Model 3. No Problem. I showed the mechanic the dent in the back of my Tesla. He arrogantly gives me an outrageous estimate 5x higher than any other estimate Ive already gotten for it. (I've gotten 5-7 other estimates at this point). Just said thank you and left. Took my Tesla in after an accident with a ladder falling on the fender. While it was there I had them repair repair a scratch on the rear bumper. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and they said it would be about a week. Got a call Friday afternoon that they had completed my car soon than expected. Went and picked it up and received my car looking better than it did the day I bought it, inside and out. This is the only shop I will use and recommend. Let me just start by saying best experience ever! I made a silly mistake and managed to damage my driver door, nothing serious, but certainly annoying and I wanted it fixed. The shop is close and with all the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I stopped by and was helped immediately. It took all of 5 minutes to get an estimate and I was extremely happy with what I received. I was given two prices, one if no parts were needed, another if parts were, and again, both numbers were better than expected. I made and appointment to come back and was quoted a day if no parts were needed, two if they got in there and had to order new parts and paint them. I arrived at the scheduled time and they started work on my vehicle before I even left the premises; I was very impressed. Shortly after lunch I got the call my vehicle was ready, as many have stated, even faster than expected. The result was perfect and the price was exactly what I was quoted; WOW! Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional. I ran into a couple of the technicians and was greeted with a sincere "good morning" and a smile. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it's not what I'd typically expect and it made an impression. The entire facility was clean and organized and set the tone for what would be a great experience. Trying to chose a shop, especially for an elective repair, can be nerve-racking, even for someone like me who usually works on their own vehicles. Stopped in to get a quote to just paint a rear spoiler I needed to replace on my Range Rover. After sitting in the lobby for 15 mins while 4 employee's carried on conversation and just stared at me finally the person behind the front desk finished their casual conversation and told me immediately they wouldn't help because the part might not be OEM. Not sure why that matters to just paint something i already have disassembled and ready for just paint work but i guess if they cant rip off the insurance company or someone else then not worth their time. read more

Let me just start off by saying how amazing the customer service is at Parkwood. They did a fantastic job at repairing my Tesla and my car is now back to perfect condition. Al kept in touch with me through out the entire repair process. He let me know when the parts were ordered, the time frame for parts delivery and the time frame for the repairs. My car was towed there on January 30th and I picked her up on February 13th! I am thrilled with the quality workmanship and I highly recommend their service!! Had some nasty damage to my Infiniti QX80 on the front driver's side - headlamp, front bumper, body/flare over front tire crushed in, deep scratches. I went to 2 other body shops before I came here and found their estimate to not only be the most reasonable but reviews and feedback helped my decision to come here. They had my car for 1 week, and not only does the front driver's side look factory new, but they took care of fixing minor paint issues/areas they saw on my car free of charge. They even had a mechanic at LD Automotive (same owner, in same location) check the starter at no charge. They went above and beyond to make sure they addressed all my concerns, but most importantly, my car looks brand new! You can't even tell that the car had any damage!! I could not have had a better experience at Parkwood Collision. I felt like an idiot after hitting a pole in a parking garage earlier this summer. I brought it into Parkwood Collision for an estimate and was in and out in 15 minutes. I called my insurance company and luckily this was one of their approved repair sites. I dropped my car off on a Monday and told them about a few door dings/paint chips I had that were bothering me. I had planned on paying for those separately, but they touched up the paint free of charge and my Jeep Grand Cherokee looks amazing. This place is amazing. This was my first time going to a body shop. I went to several others to get estimates. Not only were they the most reasonable, they were also the most helpful. I just got a really great vibe, from the moment I walked in. Shawn kept me up to date with texts and phone calls for the entire time my truck was in the shop. They were fast and efficient.
