After totaling my previous car and buying a new car, five days after having it I struck a construction cone and damaged my front bumper and headlight. I was completely devastated and seriously stressed out. After going over to New Look Collision for an estimate, they quoted me $635. I decided to get a second opinion at Caliber Collision. Alfie took a look and suggested we try buffing it out first to see how much damage was really done - something the other collision center hadn't even suggested. He took my car around and 10 minutes later I come out with damage basically gone. Few minor scratches left but something to actually live with - you have to purposely be looking for them. I was amazed. Alfie said he knew damage wasn't that bad looking at it and for free they took 100% of my stress away. They wrote me up the estimate just in case I wanted the scratches taken away - about $250 less than the other collision center. But Alfie said that with my car being so new with original paint that I don't want to keep adding layers of paint for minor scratches, that it may be wise to wait for more damage to happen before actually repainting. So not only did they remove the scuffs for free, they also advised me what was best for ME not just for THEM, as we all know businesses need business to get money! 2nd time we have used this business and this location due to our car insurance recommendations. 1st time we had to leave it they continued to push back our pick-up date. It was always something different. When we eventually went to pick-up the car the paint job was not done well. Lot's of little marks almost as if it was not painted in a booth. They eventually repaired it and the end result was very good. On the 2nd visit, same thing. "Oh, we found an issue during QA", "Oh, it is in it's final stages", etc. Again, original pick-up pushed back. We picked it up on a Saturday and everything seemed fine. When we got to our house (5 minute drive) we noticed that the rear bumper had a big gap on 1 side. It was a weekend so we brought it back in the following week. They tried to say my wife must have hit something because there were scratches on the bumper. When I wiped the "scratches" off with my finger they all of a sudden changed their tune. Choose this place based on good reviews. Communications level not up to par- had to play phone tag with this shop and insurance company of other party, Estimation was sloppy and the shop estimator, Jeremy was not proactive enough to protect customers interests during insurance claims process (original initial estimate and final estimate was off by almost 350%-meaning estimator was probably too young, naive and inexperienced), car was sitting idle for two weeks and had to change shops because no insurance company will pay for a estimation difference like that. Threatened not to release the car or that we might have to pay for towing. Very unfortunate this experience was bad, Initial impression was good and went downhill, this could have easily been a good review but it is what it is and the body shop can only blame themselves. Had a higher expectation for this place but ended with a scar. read more

After having my car demolished by some punk kid that was in a hurry to get around a semi truck, it was painless to deal with the wonderful people at this collision center , Russell Schoenbeck "the Production Manager" walked the car with me explaining all the ins and outs of the process and handled them with efficiency so I could move on to getting medical attention he even delt with all my insurance issues and a rental car ! So I had them do a couple fixes for me. Our Lexus got hit and they did a fantastic job with the repair. So much so that I brought my thunderbird in on a non insurance claim for some fixes and they did amazing work as well. Months later, we had a little accident at the house where my father tripped and grabbed onto a wrought iron gate in my house. We called a wrought iron guy and they wanted an exorbitant amount for the fix where it detached from the screw plate. My father said we could easily just have it welded somewhere. I took a chance and took the gate door to Caliber and explained the situation. The manager took it to the back and in 5 minutes flat, they welded it for me! I offered to pay but they wouldn't charge me! Thank you sooooo much!!! read more

Excellent Customer Service! I dropped my car off for bumper damage and Melissa coordinated with George to give me a ride back to my house rather than take an Uber. During the repair, Melissa called and texted me with a status of the repair. She even went out of her way to meet me before business hours for the pick-up. I had an issue with the backup camera leaving work later that evening and left a voicemail the next morning. Unfortunately, I managed to run over a massive screw on the way to work and had a flat tire. There's never a good day for a flat tire but but this couldn't have happened on a worse one. I had a major deadline I had to complete that day and I wouldn't be able to deal with the flat until after work. At that point I wasn't concerned about the backup camera. Stan contacted me and offered to drive to my work and look at the backup camera. I explained my flat tire situation and that we would address the backup camera issue later. Stan again offered to visit my office and he would also assist me with the tire. I handed him my fob and he and George took the car back to their shop. They brought the car back later that afternoon and explained the screw I ran over was massive and the damage so bad that the tire couldn't be repaired. They replaced the tire free of charge! I couldn't believe I had just experienced the best customer service experience in my life. This was the type of experience you only see on youtube. I went into this business wanting nothing more than a simple estimate for refinishing a corner of my bumper after some low life hit it in a parking lot and left the area. This shop was recommended by my insurance company and was also right down the street from where we bought the car a couple months ago. The person at the front desk was completely disorganized. She could not find my insurance referral and clearly was not interested in helping me. She told me they were too busy to help me that day and asked me to come back another time. I have never been treated this rudely by a body shop. She did not even know how simple the estimate would be, really just 5 minutes is all it took the shop I went to afterward. I tried to explain this would be quick but she was unwilling to listen to me and was preoccupied with something else. I offered to come back a bit later as I had driven across town to this location to get the estimate done and I could find a few things to do before they were closed for the day (which was 2 hours from when I was there.) This lady told me they did not have any time that day to do an estimate. If this business is not willing to take a basic courtesy of taking my information to gain my business then how willing would they be to fix a problem that appeared later? There were many ways this could have been handled better, for example. Taking my basic information, having an estimator take a couple pictures and then do the write up later. Offering to let me come back in 30 minutes or so like I offered. Apologizing for how busy they were instead of ignoring me. A business that treats leads like this will not stay in business in Las Vegas very long. The best advice I can give people is look at the BBB reviews, other social media reviews and stay as far away from this business as possible. There are plenty of other body shops out there that do outstanding business that actually know how to treat customers. read more

My son decided that the front of my car needed to be under the back of another car so I ended up at Caliber. Car was not drivable so Richard got me hooked up with a rental and ordered the parts. Could not be more disappointed. I have been waiting on my car for nearly a month, after initially being told it "might take two weeks." I have received no phone calls, only minimally informative text messages saying "your completion date has been updated." I've received three of these, and little to no sympathy from the manager or support staff. My vehicle, the one that I'm paying for, has sat in the shop for minimal work this entire month, and no one has taken the time to explain why. I've experienced much more customer service from other body shops. If I had a chance to do this over again, I would not choose this shop simply because my insurance suggested it. I seriously cannot make myself believe that the reviews below are for the same Body Shop I am working with. Perhaps they are under a different management? I had no idea what my experience with Caliber Collision would be. And didn't even have any expectations. I had hoped that my vehicle repair would come out looking like new. Not only did my repair come out better than I had hoped for, but the customer service was more than I had ever experienced. I received friendly daily calls about my car, giving me updates on what they were doing. When I returned to pick up my car, the receptionist offered me a cold beverage, the office manager came out to introduce himself and asked how everything has been for me. I had my body work done on my Hyundai by Calibur after an accident. They came recommended by our insurance, but we also had many family members attest to how great they were. When we first dropped the car off, it was right before a holiday weekend. Their technician was very friendly and reassured us that they would let us know the status of our car's condition as soon as they could, but wanted to set a realistic expectation and made us aware that it would be after the holiday weekend. As the process went on we got constant pulse checks from their office in the form of reassuring and polite text messages and in person phone calls from the technician and the office staff. The process took about 3 weeks, but during the entire process we never had to guess at what stage our car was in or track down someone to talk to. Calibur took what would normally be a very stressful and aggravating process full of bad communication and unrealistic expectations and turned it into an extremely comforting and professional experience. And their service continues even after you drive your car away with the warranty they automatically provide on all of the repairs they performed. If you like being in good hands and knowing what's going on during your repairs while being treated with respect - I would highly recommend Calibur :) read more

Run! Run far, far, far away if your insurance sends you here. They didn't communicate with us; we never had any idea what was going on with the repair. They will tell you it's an "aftermarket" part ~ that is code for "used". And no, it's not a refurbished part, it is just straight up used. They charged us and the insurance for an alignment. After picking up the car it kept making a weird clicking noise ~ we then found out it was the driver side air bag. They had unbolted it and not properly re-installed it. Actually they didn't bolt it at all, it was just sitting there waiting to come flying out at the drivers face should there have been an accident. They deny ever touching the steering wheel ~ how can you do an alignment (2 alignments!) and not touch the steering? Their invoice showed us being billed twice for the deductable, when we asked about it, they never called us back; if they aren't up to something shady why didn't they call us back? We drive the vehicle up there to talk to them about a few problems and they deny that we brought the car! It was parked in their parking lot. The body work does look okay, however the rest of the repairs are complete and utter crap ~ we will have to pay someone else to have it repaired properly. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. read more
