I got hit on my front corner of my car at work and had nice scrape. I was referred to caliber by State Farm as a trusted partner. They were able to schedule an appointment immediately and they had my car back in 4 days. The staff was friendly and courteous. My car looks literally brand new on the front corner. Took my car in to get a free estimate after it got hit by a semi. It was totaled but wanted my own personal estimate. They were quick professional and took the time to explain the extent of damage there was in the cost to fix it. They also took the time to explain how insurance works in a case such as mine. I brought my vehicle in for light fender bender damage. I was told I had to make an appointment for an inspection. When the day came I returned to the shop and met with the person that does the estimates. She looked at my car, not getting underneath, and said they would go by the estimate of the insurance company. So not sure what this appointment accomplished. There was another wait while the parts were ordered. When the parts arrived I scheduled to drop my car off. It was ready to pick up the same day I dropped it off. When I got home I went underneath and inspected the work. I was shocked when I saw a bracket in plain view that was bent from the accident, with a missing and damaged rivets. I immediately returned to the shop. The parts were ordered and eventually replaced. I would not recommend this shop because of the poor workmanship and quality control. This was a failure on multiple levels at this shop, from the repair estimate/inspection to the person doing the repairs. To let a customer leave with unrepaired damage on the vehicle is unacceptable. A photo of the damage is attached. This damage was not hidden but in plain view. Very disappointed with this shop. read more

This shop is very fast paced, they were able to fix my vehicle damages in less then 2 weeks. I was updated on everything done to my car from alignments to body work. I went in for an estimate on a Monday, a little later than I had expected to as they ask that you come by 4:30pm. Kevin took me a little late anyway and was extremely polite, helpful and timely! I received quotes from five different body shops in Hollister. Caliber provided the lowest quote. I wanted the roof of my Ford Super Duty repainted as the factory paint was pealing and there were several rust spots exposed. First of all thank goodness there is a Caliber in Hollister. Everyone is nice and helpful. Every time I call Adriana is so nice and delivers customer service with a positive attitude. I really have to give this auto body shop 5 stars! From start to finish. I was involved in a rear end accident. I called my insurance State Farm to help me get a place where I could get my car fixed. This was listed as one of the locations they use. The shop was really nice and very modern. The front desk receptionist Magaly was super helpful and patient. She did not judge when I was asking a lot of questions. The representative I had there was Ritchie. He was super helpful and explained everything very clear to me. I had lots of questions & they both understood my frustration with having to get a rental from Hertz in Hollister & Gilroy. Both were super patient and informed me that they would help process everything as soon as they could. And that my vehicle would be worked on as soon as possible. I took my s2000 here because a street sweeper sideswiped her. After a warm welcome and awesome customer service, they took the keys, but I knew she was in good hands. A week later I scooped her up. They not only fixed the damage but they went above and beyond, repairing already dinged damage on the area before the accident. They polished my lights and waxed my car, couldn't be happier! I booked an appointment to have my car fixed. I made an appointment at 8, because I need to be at work at 1 in the Bay Area. I got there early to fill out paper work and they let me know it was going to be done in no more than 1.5 hours and I should be able to pick it up then. I go back at 9:50 and they tell me that my car hasn't been worked on yet but it will be worked on at 10 and that it should be done in 1.5 hours. I call at 11:30 and they say it's almost done and they will deliver my car to me in 10 minutes and I did not get it until 12:40 and I was late to work. I will not be going back there again. read more

I took my car in today, as I needed help with repairs that were done by a previous shop. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the receptionist and then by Manuel who took me outside to look at the car. He explained what the issue was that caused my rear bumper to pop out in one section. He brought Ritchie out to discuss the repairs as well and I mentioned another concern, a rattle that I had been hearing. Sal quickly did the repairs for me while I waited about 10 minutes.
