Nice! I submitted a request for contact via their website and was promptly emailed by Sean nearly 1 hour later. Submitted an estimate is super easy! You fill out the make and model of your car, upload photos of the ding and he'll send you an estimate right away. Why I'm happy: 1. he emails back extremely fast on timing, estimate and we picked a date. 2. he arrived on time, finished sooner than expected approx 2 hours 3. can work in a garage, was drizzling that day and I didn't have to move my car out 4. removed the dents with 0 paint damage + no other damage to my car One thing to note is my car is aluminum (Lexus IS 300) so there is a 25% premium for that type of body. DO NOT hire DentPro for paint touch-up! Sean did a nice job fixing 2 dents, but he touched up 3 paint chips on my white Lexus, and 4+ weeks later they are grey, dull, and lumpy. He told me they would flatten and cure to a shine that was close to the color of the car, but they now stand out like a sore thumb. When I followed up with him to find out how to resolve it, he told me that he does not guarantee his work, specifically: "It's not my work... it's the paint purchased from a Lexus dealer. They're the ones that should be standing behind what they sell." He has refused to offer a solution to make it right. I thought I was paying for his expertise, but it seems I could have saved myself $600 by doing it myself. I can't imagine the result would have been any worse. Buyer beware!! I was inquiring places to repair a ding I got a few weeks ago. Dent Pro Mobile was the first to respond to my inquiry and gave me a general quote. When I provided pictures of the damage to get a more accurate quote, their response was "please see previous message". I assumed the person would give a more accurate quote based on the damage on the pictures. The person said "These photos aren't any different than the four you already provided... I'll never give a hard estimate without seeing it in person!!". This was the first time I inquired about getting my dent repaired and since they're the first company that responded, they're the first to receive my pictures. I didn't show my pictures prior to this. The person I talked to seem very agitated. They may have one of the best repair services in the Bay Area, but their customer service needs a lot of work.
