After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

That night I drive the vehicle and the high beam is aimed at the ground. I stop back and they adjust it. Now the high beam is correct and the low beam is aimed at the tree tops. They adjust it again so it blinds oncoming traffic. And for several weeks people flash their high beams at me at night. Finally they get a replacement light, and I come in to have the light replaced. They return the car to me, with warning lights on that I have lights out. I should have taken it to any other repair facility. They blame everyone else for everything, the dealer for the light, the grease they don't even address. Also, if I didn't make calls to follow up, I probably would never hear anything back. But hey... free coffee.
