Millenia Auto Body recently did a bumper conversion for me from my 2015 Lexus GS350 to a 2016+ Lexus GS350 body style and it came out superb. Loved the way they paid attention to detail and the bumper kit was really hard to work with but they really figured out how to adjust it and get it fit perfect before giving the care back to me. Miguel was a pleasure to work with and compared to others who did the same conversion, they got the alignment spot on. Top notch professional service and quality auto body and paint. I discovered a large scratch on the hood of my 2018 MB E400 coupe and it broke my heart. I was concerned that the black metallic paint would never be the same. The Millennia team gave me a quote in a timely manner and offered their services with no pressure. When the timing was right I called and they got me scheduled quickly. They have an estimated completion time and met it perfectly. This is a busy shop with lots of high end cars in work. They are efficient and deliver quality work. My car was done on time, under the estimate and with perfection. The team even corrected other small scratches and rock chips and still under their original estimate. The car was cleaned and polished when I picked it up. If you care about your car, who works on it and the quality of the work performed, this is your auto body shop. This is one service you hope you never need, but if I do, I will return and use their services again. Awesome team and work delivered. read more

BUYER BEWARE! My experience has been a disaster. I feel that I have been jerked around. My car is still not back to pre-accident condition 9 months after getting it back. Very specific problems that are safety issues should not exist on the wrecked side after being "professionally" repaired. Repairs and inspections 'requested' with Lexus have been a complete sham just to appease me. I am able to make this claim because after 6 months I'm bypassing this body shop. And finally getting this car finalized. Multiple Parts ordered with Lexus have been documented to be placed weeks after their claim that they have been ordered. Does it really take 6 months to get Lexus parts? It does not, and I have the docs to prove it. While there are high-end cars being repaired, the quality and thoroughness of their work with my GS 250 does not meet professional standards. It is shoddy and you'll have to babysit the claims process! This body shop really think that mis-matching rims and unfinished bodywork on my Lexus GS 350 is acceptable? There are two ways to view this review. Either they are unprofessional and do not really care for their service and/or they are taking just taking advantage of me. Unfortunately for them, I am quite knowledgeable about cars, marketing and insurance claims so my best summation is - BUYER BEWARE with Millenia Body Shop! read more

I got there and the door was locked. I called back to see what was going on I was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Don't waste your time with this worthless business. read more

I did a boo-boo and caressed a concrete curb with my front right wheel and tire. I was nervous because I have a 2018 Shelby GT350 and the wheels are really nice. I randomly found Millenia Auto Body because they are close to me and took it to them the same day. Very professional on the phone and in person. Lots of luxury cars outside that they work on. Told me it would be done in two days and delivered on their promise. What a beautiful result! In addition to that, they washed and detailed the inside and outside of the car. Was $150 out the door. One of those love-hate relationships with a body shop because usually you're not there for a good reason, but I will be back if I need anything else. read more

My vehicle was in an accident and unfortunately took months to repair (not due to Millenia Auto Body's fault), and this repair shop kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle almost daily. This business is awesome. They painted my car door cause it was damaged at the dealership parking lot and it looks exactly like the rest of the car. Remember these guys are certified by Mercedes, etc so expect to pay premium. The owner of this establishment also owns the Mercedes dealership. So if you want a job well done come here. I am not giving them a 5 stars cause some things were not done at the time I picked the car at the dealership and I had to go to work late the next day to get all done. Other than that, very happy with their work. We are all humans and things happen. Communication it's a must. read more
