Ask for an estimate back on 17 December. Even after two calls I still haven't gotten one in is February 1.

if I could give them no star, I would these people were paid $6000 for my car to be fixed. They paint over dense, which they did not smooth out. They miss spots and did not correct their own work. They were very unprofessional some of the managers didn't know what they're talking about and they never called me back to repair the parts they missed. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to the shop on Great Mills Rd. they got a nerve to comment on how many miles I had on my car even though it was in good shape, and my daughter was sitting in the car and overheard them they put in the windshield that had a crack inside the glass. Another car dealerships pointed out the paint color was off and small dents not smooth out and just painted over. This is just another business in Lexington Park in St Mary county unprofessional. Don't know what they're doing and overcharging. Because of my experience at this repair shop, I'm canceling my car insurance company Allstate and get another one for non-ensuring that my car was repaired properly. Never again will I do business in St. Mary County as well I would rather drive 50 minutes away and get another business to do the work. read more

I was in an accident where both sides & front end of my MB were significantly damaged. Brought to Caliber in North Bethesda, MD. I was referred by insurance company. My vehicle was not fix right at Great Mills Caliber Collision Center in St Mary's Maryland . It looked like someone just purchased parts and installed them on the vehicle in his backyard at home. When I complained, I was met with excuses why they couldn't get it right. Ms. Tina was unprofessional and rude. I spoke to the manager, Mr. Warren and Ms. Kelly. They understood my complaint and stated that my car would be fixed properly. I picked up my car a few days later when they called to state my car was finally fixed correctly. However, Ms. Tina lied to the insurance company about timeline of repairs. I regret doing business with caliber and advise no one goes there for repair. Mr. Warren and Ms. Kelly were great to work with, but everyone else gave horrible service. Worse collision center ever!!!! read more

I went to this establishment to receive an Estimate on my 2010 Chevy Camaro. I had all intentions of getting my vehicle fixed at this location in Lexington Park. I never received any update until I called the establishment to receive the estimate amount then I was told I need to get an internal estimate on my vehicle, so my vehicle stay there longer. Again I waited on status of the internal estimate but never received a call or update until I called the establishment. Finally received an estimate of almost $8000 and to my disappointment I decided not to get my vehicle fixed at this location, I made arrangements to pick up my vehicle by toe from a neighboring tow company in which I paid out-of-pocket, I was toldI cannot pick up my vehicle until I pay a balance of $200 to the establishment for an estimate. This was not discussed with me prior to receiving an estimate of any kind. I think this was their way of charging me for service rendered Since I decided not to get my car fixed with this location. I feel this was very deceiving and unprofessional. I will never take another vehicle to this location to be fixed. This was my second time taking the same vehicle to this location and receiving less than satisfactory service. read more

My vehicle had minor damage and this shop did a decent job repairing it. I am particular and looked my car over thoroughly and was pleased with the results. The repairs took twice as long than anticipated due to awaiting parts and insurance company authorization, so I do not blame the shop for that. The frustrating part for me was the lack of communication and no return calls. I was not notified that my car had more damage than what was originally estimated. I called the shop for status updates but would not receive return calls, so I decided to drive there to speak with them in person. I also requested an estimate to fix a couple small door dings that was not part of the insurance claim, but they took no effort to provide an estimate and seemed not interested in the extra work, so I will take it to another shop that wants my business. I would give them 4 stars on the repair quality, but 1 star for communication, so I feel three stars is fair. I will not use this shop for future repairs. read more

My car was used when I bought it five years ago. Someone hit the rear of my parked car and the repair was done by Caliber Collision. The day I went to pick it up, I noticed my taillight was not flush with the rest of the car. I spoke to the owner and asked for it to be adjusted. He didn't seem to know what to do and tried to mess with the other taillight that hadn't been damaged. When he couldn't get it to move, he immediately got an attitude with me and blamed the problem on prior damage. He then tried to get me to call the insurance company in order for them to allow him to do more work to my car. I finally convinced him to just make the replaced taillight flush with the car and left. After some heavy rains, I noticed water was getting into my trunk. I returned and once again, instead of owning up to the shoddy repair job they had done, the owner tried to blame the leaks on old damage even though I told him, the car hadn't leaked before it was "fixed" by his shop. I have no idea what previous owner(s) had done to my car but I have never been in an accident in the five years I've had my car. The owner didn't even bother to listen to me, he just told me to call the insurance company. I hope the insurance company stops sending business to them. The owner is unsympathetic, doesn't listen, doesn't seem to know what he is doing, and will never own up to the shoddy repair that was done on my car. I wish I would've never had them do any work on my car at all. read more
